Agree! Series shouldn’t go on for years and years. Beginning and end should be planned ahead of time, so writers are not “running out of ideas” later. No more than 4-5 seasons, or those should be rare.

Episodes 5-6 of both The Manipulated and Dear X. Both series binge, but yeah the pacing has settled down. They’re laying ground work. Either way still engaged with both. Rooting for both ML’s to take down the psychos in the end. 🔥
I will say for their acting… The Manipulated: preferring the performance of our hero, but in Dear X: definitely preferring the performance of our psycho, it’s more subtle, the way her eyes change here
