Ok JaePil and YoungRye, story-wise, not sure yet, they’re still in limbo, but chemistry-wise, I’m not getting any romantic feelings from JaePil. It’s still friendly and surface level. Now I’m rooting for them to stay friends and for her to end up with Jeong Hyeon. They’ll have to convince me now after a 7 year time jump, if they are in fact going that route.
the theories! I thought he just remembered his past life at first, but some say: - the remaining mangunrok page sent him to the future - when she read the words “come back to me”, from the mangunrok, so many times, his consciousness traveled to the future - no reincarnation, but he himself traveled to the future after she read the mangunrok
I’m leaning more towards her reading the mangunrok, as the reason he’s there, since that part we actually saw. Whether he himself lived there for some time before he could find her, or his past consciousness merged with his reincarnation, is the question mark. Merging with his reincarnated counterpart, makes more sense to me, only because of the perfect suit he showed up in lol.
I’m confused. Communicate about things that never happened in the original timeline? How? King would have become…
Yeah, it changed but the history was still recorded similarly. Main difference: “body was never found” because fate let him live in the future. I only wish we actually got to see him arrive there. 😭
I don’t really get the ship of yk brother and jh like they only had eye contact and he gave her a drink and…
He’s also chill and knew just what to say. He matched her energy. We are just imagining the possibilities of their story like the other parings have potential too.
Jae pil and yeong rye they r gonna end up together I don't want that but that's oke this is the story afterall…
Decent outcome if written well. Jong Hee and Young Sik are set up well, but we need to see how they handle Young Rye and Jae Pil’s turning point. Maybe the time jump can help.
The strike storyline turned out to be heartwarming. Yeong Rye’s brothers friend made her aware of her rights, the journalists did their job to cover injustice, the company was compelled pay for their workers injury, and the senior bully got character development seeing everyone stand up for her. 🥹
The only two things that I’m wondering about is how he ended up in the future and what exactly happened after his uncle died.
I guess since the corrupt people at the palace are killed, including his uncle, leaving the prince as the new King, maybe he got sent to the future by the remaining page because the new history reads “his body was never found”. Unless his consciousness just suddenly remembered his past life. Idk Part of me wishes he could have ruled as King after his character development, but at least he gets to be happy in the future.
The one missing part of the story I wished to see, other than that, perfect. 8.5-9 More people reincarnated than I even hoped. So grateful for that.
clearly seeing the religious mindset in the comments, because this fantasy fiction
decided to save to this to watch later, when more people have watched and comment about the storyline
edit: episode 5 is finally out kisskh too

Episode 12 ending was satisfying thankfully. 🥹 💞
They grew from their mistakes and were blessed for it in another life. 😭
