I think the main purpose of the stories about the different disorders was to promote growth in the main character's relationship. During each one, GHJ's character learns something new about herself or JIS's character that moves their relationship forward. That's the only purpose I believed they served, but yes, they weren't super interesting on their own.
Just started watching this yesterday. I think Han Ye Seul is cute in this (her looks, not the character so far!), even prettier than Birth of a Beauty. And I didn't realize that Oh Ji Ho was in this before I started it. I just finished watching him in My Little Baby and I really liked him. Funny that he's working with kids again in this. :) I think he has a sexy smile!
I rewatched some of my favorite scenes from this show last night - those two had some sizzling chemistry together didn't they? This is the one that made me a SJS fan. I watched Master's Sun after this just to see more. :)
I just finished this drama at the beginning of the week and I am still hung up on these characters. The more I watch that confession, the more I love it. But the parts leading up to it are swoony as well. I've never been so moved by hand-holding before. The looks he gives her and you can see the emotions written all over his face. And when she picks that lock and it's like he's even more in awe of her because girl's got SKILLS. JCW's smile should come with a warning sticker. I'm just saying...
Question - MDL shows Ryu Soo Young as a supporting actor in this and Viki shows him as a main actor. Is he prominent in this drama or no? I only planned to watch if he's a main actor. Thanks for the help! :)
i enjoyed this a lot with all the weird drama moments lolol the main male lead did excellent job portraying a…
I'll agree with both of you on the second lead. I didn't find him appealing at all. He was no match for Cha Jung Woo! (whose name I just love to say like Ae Ra does. LOL) I have no idea how anyone could get SLS over him.
Healer made me fan. I hope to see him in something as good as this in the future!
He's so pretty it's criminal. His eyes and smile...Ok, yeah, I'm nursing a serious JCW crush now.
I loved this drama. I loved that it was more family oriented than a romance like the other two. So disappointed…
I do agree that his timing stunk! He hesitated over and over. If he'd even given her one little clue that he was into her it might have been different. I also liked both male leads - I wasn't against Taek so much as I was for Jung Pal if that makes sense. But I still wasn't totally sold that Duk Soon was IN LOVE with Taek. She mothered him and watched over him, but I didn't get romantic love from her actions. However, I could buy that they had a happy relationship over the years. I guess I was mostly sad for Jung Pal that he couldn't get it together and let her know how he felt. He cared for his family in such a quiet way as well. Maybe when I get around to watching it again, I'll appreciate it even more.
Wish they'd do a sequel with a present day romance for the leads. They were so cute together!
But, was anyone else as relieved as I was when you found out he knew she was a girl pretty much the entire time? I'm not into "gender bender" stuff, which is the main reason I haven't watched Coffee Prince even though everyone seems to love it.
Super cute drama. I liked both male leads and I would have liked to have seen either one of them get the girl. Wish the boss had opened up sooner about how he felt! First time I've seen him act, and thought he was kind of cute in this.
