This is weird. they only released 3 but ita showing me that 6 more episodes will be available in 1 day and 6 more in 2 days. 3 still a lot, though I binged 5 yesterday evening.

I am not Asian and I dont see how this is classed as propaganda to be honest. I find this interesting, I have never even thought about how they made ink in the past, so I like this. I also liked Fourished Peony. Is it propagating working women and equality?

I've not paid for express, watched mostly on Netflix so kinda impatiently waiting now for the last 2 episodes to release. I have to say, I really do like this drama. I hoped at the beginning that Ren somehow made it, but unfortunately it is not that show... I have to say, I very much dislike the part where Xiaohe is interrogating Suqing, how she manages to throw all this family talk out of the window. I still have the last 2 eps, so we shall see. More twist coming?

I really would have loved to see the little king when he was no longer king and when he became just a child in school especially in a meeting with his uncle and auntie. He was just too cute, shame they missed that. Kinda felt like some scenes being cut abruptly and as if it originally was planned for 14-16 episodes but was cut back. particularly felt like that in the second half. I did like it, but the second half could have been way better.

Oh, epilogue got me weepy..

I finally finished it. I think the first 6 episodes were pretty bad, someone here suggested that it'll get better but I held on for a while, there were so many better dramas to watch. but this week I decided I might as well pick it up again and try to finish it. For me, it was pretty mediocre. nothing special really, they did tie out all the loose ends and gave a good ending. It was ok to watch if you have nothing else going on, but it defo did not require full attention, its not something you watxh anxiously not to miss something important.

I have the same vibe with this guy for sure. I dont think he will cause any real issues though, similarly to First Frost guy, just being a creep on the sideline 😁😂

I am glad I am not a dropper and stuck around. Ep 4 was well worth it.

Oh, its interesting what you're saying. never crossed my mind not to choose English subs though its not my first language, I might give a go with Hungarian which also has the vous tu split in politeness and check if the subs are coming up differently.
whereas I understand some basics and of course the tone, I would not pick up on the nuances of the Korean language when talking to royalty.

The subs usually miss these. I dont think its a Disney problem its all subs, they tend to just put the name for simplicity which is very annoying. I agree, it gives so different flavour then just whacking their names on...

Am I the only one who likes Seong Taeju and his wife? they collectively dislike each other but they do help one another.

Why is the hate? Are these comments BOTS or actual people? Are they even talking about the same drama as in my book the comical timings are good, definitely sizzling chemistry, decent enough plot, cute king, what else anyone would want from a romcom kdrama? Of course there is predictability in it, like you could tell there were people watching when they were on the wall so the kiss is explained, or that there will be something wrong with the car after someone bashed into it and had to go to repair. But thats all good and expected. anyway, I'm here for it and seated for Fridays and Saturday.

it is 2026, so its defo a 2026 drama, but where you're getting at? 😳 I think its my fav for 2026do far, but its only 4 eps in,they can easily mess it up to just be an average drama.

I am just hoping they keep it up and we don't get some ruined ending with many Kdramas lately.. Crossing fingers and toes, it is defo 10 out of 10 so far for me!

I dont think we watch the same drama. I really dont see anything wrong with Chen Feiyu's portrayal of the young and cocky general, who is absolutely head over heels over Si Mu. He is totally awesome in this role. where do you see him being awkward, out of curiosity? I mean there is an element of sheepishness in his behaviour, but I wouldn't call it awkward.

Such a lovely drama with amazing families and friends, you just want to be part of it. Smiled ear to ear and cried with them. This was perfectly written and executed, such a gem! I didnt really see it marketed though, it felt like it was similarly just dropped like 12 letters. Hope it performed well in China and the cast got their well deserved praise. 10/10 for me. Highly recommended drama. Oh, and the OST! it was also beautiful, lots of catchy little melodies.

I disagree. right, its kdrama and all, but every normal person would have told her that aaa I actually know you, i used my room mates laptop and messaged you heaps, and you helped me in the darkest of my life. he knows this for sure. he knows he sent the pen, I think lying about it way worse then tell her the fragments he remembers. At this point he is not not told her but actually lied, and that does not go down well for me.
