i see your point but I am different.. i think I always mich prefer the time leading up to dating vs the actual dating. When I Fly towards you was similar, they had a long high school part and wrapped up the dating, adult life in a few episodes. for me it works better, i tend to lose interest after they get together 😁

Theyre very cute. as its mainly showing their high school senior year, they wont date for a long time,but there is romance, theyre super into each other and their interactions are very clear.

theyre in high school. its not promoted in China to date before they graduate from there, so you will probably never see high schoolers date in a chinese drama, this one is no exception.

i caught up in less than 2 days from 0.what am I supposed to do now.. i dont think i liked a drama this much since The Prisoner of Beauty.
I absolutely loved, how they showed his POV in ep 4 after seeing everything from hers. Quite literally cannot wait to see the rest.
I might be also getting express for the first time ever, I dont think ill be able wait until Viki releases the epospdes daily at the end.

Oh yeah,for sure. she was more of a nice money grabber at the beginning, now she genuinely cares about Qing Ye. Dont get me wrong, I do like her, I think she is just not cut to run a business efficiently. She is defo a nice person.

She has no business acumen, she barely navigates through life. You should not rely on your high school drop out child to head up the family. So not even sure about the EQ at this point. having said that, she has a big heart and she means well, shes also very positive. she could be an amazing housewife for a rich dude. Hope they'll get tougher with Mr Zhu (not rich but hes such a nice guy)

haha! I am not a man to say how long it takes, but when guys are doing Movember, this is the style they generally manage to grow by then end of the month, so time wise it definitely fits 😁

I do think there is chemistry though 😉 I really like them together and how they progressed from being friendly to friends and to love interests. in some dramas you have no idea why they even like each other but in this one it was built out really well. Anyway, all good then we both like the drama 😊

I totally disagree. I have been looking forward to watch this daily, I find it very interesting, the ink making as background story a very nice historical touch that I was not aware at all. Other than that, the story is good, our main and side characters are developing, now 4th aunt is gone so I am happy.

Right. I'm only on episode 13 so far, but I am enjoying this. what's with the rating? How's it doing in China? I heard about chritism towards Zhang Ruonan (which i dont really see either) but overall so far its good. I love the trio, their banter and just them together.

Yeah exactly. I feel I got exactly what I needed in this ep. Surely the next one will deliver too, make this as a very solid drama.

I feel the complete opposite. Why drag something for 16 episodes with unnecessary side plots when they can make it as a normal paced drama into 12. ep 11 rocked. Hope 12 will be a nice wrap as well.
