It started very well. Actually in the beginning very excited and enjoyable drama . But slowly its became boaring . Plot is very unique and uncommon. Acting is very good . I love the unique dialogues of male lead and the way he is expressing it. All Main leads are doing good job. Chemistry between main couple is good though personally I feel something lack of it. Cant point out what but I feel its very typical.
Up to episode 12 its interesting and we are curious , but suddenly it just becomes nothing . his ex girl friend seung ah suddenly died in accident and that chapter totally closed like it was a totally different drama . Yoori 's story also still unfinished to the end.
And after all he just killed a woman for nothing . It doesnt make any sense . Why he want to kill some one unnecessarily only for some arrogant words she said . Finally they got shot by someone who even not directly connected to the main plot . How unrealistic.
Actually this is a good drama with good casting but due to the poor script and story line It becomes just another K drama .

I like the story line. It is very different than typical K dramas . But cant feel the chemistry of main couple at all. Very disappointing acting of MF. She cant act. We cant feel she is happy or sad. Only from dialogues we can understand the situations . But supportive characters doing a good job. Second couple is far better than main couple . Started as a slice of life drama with day to day struggling ordinary people. after few episodes it turns out to typical drama with same scenarios . Cant understand its poor direction or poor acting of main couple . I skipped few episodes before last episode . Because its got very boring and predictable.

After long time I started to like a drama . Because all the dramas I watched lately are very cheesy and unreal. Specially in K dramas all the males are wearing lot of makeups , applying bright lipstick colours so they look like dummies.

The story of this drama is good and that is the main reason I stick to this . Second reason is male lead .He is awesome.
Anyway this is not a perfect drama at all. I skipped so many seens because nothing happening and samething repeating . What I dont like drama about is the female lead . She is very beautiful but I cant see her sincereity to the male lead to the end. Yes sometimes she is getting excited with him but to the very end she wants to settle with her original boy friend and doing everything for that . Main lead is the only one doing all sacrifices and staying steadfastly to the end. But this make his character personality going down. At first his character having lot of potential and good personality and yes he is a play boy type . But later only thing he is doing is stay around her and moving here and there for her like a puppet.
Overall good drama and can watch to the end without dropping . All the characters are doing a good job.

I love this drama. I didnt escaped any seen. Watched it all beginning to the end. This has everything that have in typical korean drama. Love triangle , villain girl, decent second male lead, parents story and all. Only difference is main female had a plastic surgery . Still they have manage to do the drama watchable way. Main female looks bit mature but it doesnt spoil the feeling of romance . My favourite character is main male lead. That is not because of his looks only he can act as well. He can express his feelings from his way. Second female lead is not a typical arrogant,rich, egotistical girl so I like it. I think that drama want to deliver the massage that beauty is not everything but personality and attitudes are the things we have to admire. But honestly say I didnt get or feel that massage throughout the drama still I enjoyed it very much and loved it.

I like the main lead. He is not a typical arrogant , cold but beautiful man later turning into soft hearted one. He is same as beginning to the end. Smart , brave , egotistical , cool and can do anything for the loved ones. In and out same. But I dont like the main Female much. I think writer tried to do her character innocent , pure hearted ,wise , brave , strong and smart.but how I feel is she is stupid , foolish ,boring careless, weak and always trying to act smart and ending up got into trouble then Zuo Zhen have to come and save her again and again. She is highly talking about her Rong family honour and still easily going out with mens. (Ling li , Yingdong, the one who met at brothel house and later save her and maeda Ryuichi ). Believing all the mens around her except Zuo Zhen. She didnt even bother to asked him once is he did that or not and just one blink left him. All other characters are doing well . Specially second FM lead Yin Mingzhu doing great job and elder brother of two brothers xiang hanchuang also very good . In this drama every character having flows. No body is perfect except Rong jinxiu. They are not pure white or pure black . When it comes to their own problems they are getting selfish and it make sence. It helps story line seems more practical and I loved that. Zuo Zhen love to jinxiu is very pure and strong hearted . But I think if it has some flaws in his love to her , romance will be more realistic and beautiful. Some times I feel that boring and stupid. because the other hand Rong Jinxiu always having moving heart and love is not steady for him. So some points I feel better thing for him to let her go. This is my opinion . Over all this a good drama . I loved the action seens and they are perfect. Locations backgrounds are very nice and in to the theme (set in 1930 in Shanghai) Costumes also makes it more beautiful. I watched all episodes till 30 and after that skipped some because I feel boring and story line is not realistic.still love this one.

Good look , excellent acting skill and expressing feelings .. all are good. but unfortunately female lead is opposite to this . She is boaring, over acting and so dramatic. This is a crime drama going around with strong love of main leads. This plot is totally depend on their love story. This is a love at first sight and ML can do anything to protect FM type drama. Even can go against with family . But sad to say I didnt feel that much of bond, love and chemistry With main couple at all. It is the main reason I gave low rating for this drama . Such a boaring drama . I cant imagine how this one got high ratings with this poor plot . I feel like this is written by including seens from some popular dramas . Nothing special . Same characters , famous author who didnt like to come to public and hidden his true identity still unexpectedly meet with ML and falling love, unnecessary love triangle .
Main couple love story flowing very boaring and silly way. They were working 9 years together still when they meet eyes to eyes they are getting very shocked excited , uncomfortable and all. It will be ok for the school dramas or teenagers couple . But here this acting I feel unnatural and not realistic.
Acting is so so, there is nothing much to appreciate but not bad . honestly I feel they dont have much to do. From the beginning it started well but after two or three episodes its got very boaring , everything are very predictable.
Normally Im not a dropper . But this one I cant move on. Every seen and dialogues are same . That rich boyfriend doing all the fancy things I saw that seens in a several dramas (secret garden , boys over flowers , masters sun) but in a better way.
As mentioning the beginning ML is a genius and over smart , but I cant feel it. Some dramas we can feel that vibe from ML. As a example masters sun ML. I think his secretary is the one who having master brain and taking all the wise decisions. And that stupid best friend who having a high post in company . Office environment is such a waist not looks like a professional office . Only office building looks very elegant. These all are very disappointed character set up for me. Actually I expected much more than this .

Overall I enjoyed this drama very much. Specially till 13th or 14th episodes it was very interesting for me. Acting , story music and plot are average . Nothing excited but its so sweet and super cute in some ways . Definitely its a watchable drama . I went marathon on first 12 episodes. Even though it has many flaws I really enjoyed the romance between them.Its a rich man poor girl drama with same villain girl, parents issues , childhood unpleasant memories and second male syndrome . But ML is not arrogant like other dramas . He is kind and lovable from the beginning to the end. And yes he is type of a man who every woman dreaming and this is a sinderella type drama . Main couple acting is not so natural but definitely so beautiful. Most of the time they have same facial expression but some how they express cute and sweetness to us and they didnt disappoint us.
