no i get that, im just wondering how she hadn't forseen this if she always wanted him to be a prosecutor to uncover the truth. but i guess it must be scary for her now that it's actually happening and that's why she wants him to stop and be free

ep9 was good, it's crazy how dohyun continues to amaze me with his acting every episode still, i cried with him in the scene whete he was leaving mijoo

also im glad they revealed his pov early on as many people actually believed he killed the mother and child😭😭 im sure he had a plan to get the innocent guy out later on too, it was stupid to do that then as ceo song would just get both of them killed. he secured the dashcam footage so im sure he wanted to reveal it later on

no exactly because why was the person arguing with me saying "he grew up fine so it's okay" like not at all😭😭😭 i understand her desperation and reasons but i hope at the end they get to have an honest conversation about this with each other rather than never addressing her ways again once he's recovered

right it's so bizarre😭

im so glad more people are now openly talking about youngsoon's character after last week when someone was fighting me for simply pointing out that shes abusive😭 the writers obviously take the "bad" part in the good bad mother seriously and have made it obvious that her methods aren't right and her parenting affected kangho negatively.

this is a kdrama so i hope people aren't getting mad saying we are trying to *cancel* a character or anything.i still like her and want a happy ending for them but if you're trying to fight people for simply pointing out the bad aspects of her character along with the good ones — which mind you is the core concept of this drama, you're missing the point.

what she does can be disturbing and hard to watch many times for many viewers, especially victims. in conclusion i understand her motives and i understand her desperation and i want the best for her. but also none of that justifies what she does. hope that helps

exactly! if he was faking it he wouldn't be waiting around for his mother to find everything herself also, as OTS gets closer and closer to becoming president. he definitely thought he would be killed or severely injured while writing that

this will be one very long week😭 i am so happy we are finally getting to see kangho's true intentions as they would explain many things! i believe he must have found out about his father around the time he broke up with mijoo so it would explain why he did that and hopefully also about that mother and kid, it had been bothering me for a while how many people do seem to think he killed them, i don't believe that for various reasons but hopefully we will get some insight about kanghos original plan in the next episode. i don't think he would have seen /this/ happening exactly so i guess he knew about their plan to kill him. he probably left something that can be used against them even after his death

also i personally do not think hes faking being a kid but some bits might be coming back to him starting from ep7

love it so far but i just hope no more sudden tragic things happen to them😭😭😭 i feel like this much is enough lol they can spend time developing the plot we have so far now and it will keep being a good drama....no more additional sad subplots please

ive been very curious about it and was hoping they would address it in every episode 😭 seems like something too big to be a mistake . it probably means she is truly "immune" to it unlike the others who still turned a little... hopefully will be addressed in s2

so good! 5 eps in and i regret putting it off for so long😭 the first episodes made me think "whoa this is hopeless already....surely there can't be enough things to keep it going for 12 eps can there..?" and it keeps proving me wrong because new crazy things keep happening 😭 i can't tell if im easily entertained or if this is genuinely amazing but i love it so far

ofcourse, and this is the core of this drama. we get to see both good and bad sides of her, like any realistic struggling mother would show

i don't think it will be early, at least not until kangho can recover his memory. if they do decide to kill her off it might be in the last or second last ep

i can understand! the glory was disturbing even for ppl who never suffered abuse i can't begin to imagine how triggering it must have been for victims, i hope you don't run into anymore disturbing dramas for a bit now and feek better

you said this really well😭😭😭 i wish people would just accept her for what she is — morally gray and stop trying to force their opinions on others or call them wrong because there's really no right or wrong here....shes a complex character and people can love her and the story while accepting both her flaws and good points...this is something anyone who has watched a bunch of media and have some critical thinking should be able to understand 😭

yeah i don't think she will make it and if she does it will be unrealistic, idrc about all that in fiction though lol it's alright as long as the ending is satisfying since many other unrealistic things happen in drama anyway. u should have marked this as a spoiler btw maybe delete so ppl don't get spoiled!
