I personally wasn't too disappointed with the ending (bcoz I didn't read the novel so I wasn't eager to watch the predestined ending)(but it's different for novel readers, they were expecting wedding and togetherness, though they were together at the end [at least none died] but no wedding) but it definitely didn't justify it's name 'Royal Betrothal ' as no betrothal happened.
Why did they do this? 😐 Do they like when the rating fall?
Anyway I still give 10/10 for the actors. They all did a brilliant job and I don't want their hard work to go to waste bcoz of screenwriters and all.

Although Gu Qin character disgusts me , I must say the actor has done a brilliant job ! Out of all the villainous characters in so many dramas, I hated them but Gu pedo disgusts me !!!
Give him the main lead role already man !!! He easily catches my eye in every support role and I believe most audiences are same . What does it prove ? He has a good face card and good acting , worth noticing. Enough of 2nd lead and support role, he shoukd be promoted now .

😂😂😂😂 Right , my money is on Yin Qing too! From the clues till epi 21 , I believe Mengmeng is that Zhong....something princess and Yin Qing is the general's son , his followers are the remnants who managed to flee.
He was so emotional when he saw the mark on Mengmeng's shoulder, he (masked) also advised /threatened Tiger's gang head to not harm Mengmeng.
These are the subtle clues.
I am putting it on hold too ! 2 episodes a day are still better but just 1 really tests our patience 🙃

I hate both Yu Jingxiu and Yake . Both played part in Ting Yun's defamation, especially jingxiu . He did it twice !!
