1. i feel like the essence of gelboys was that it explored the uniqueness of how gen z use social media in their romantic relationships and friendships and having the future plotline (?).... totally.. takes away from that? what was the thinking with that..?

wow i really didn't like this drama, i couldn't feel the romance at all. any time the plot engaged me i was pulled back with how rapey jay's advances were. it was a strange disconnect that the big baddie was a rich and powerful backer who rapes hopeful trainees when honestly... jay was behaving quite similarly. i liked kajorn and jo though, thank you thai comedy <3

i feel like you can really tell this was based on a manhwa. underneath all the thai-drama-ness of it all there's definitely the bones of a manhwa in how disinterested the mains seemed in each other for so long. and i'm not a fan of kbl so i should've seen my dislike for this drama coming haha
