Mu Young is the same guy who was turned into stone by Taluipa. She has freed him but we still not know exactly why. Mu young knows what happened with Lee Yeon and Lee Rang in 2020 because he was alive in those times .

Why Kato needs the marriage with Eun Ho? He has a good position in the family without this contrived marriage plot. Why they did not give us more confruntation with Kato? All those failed experiment are even relevant to the story? We hear about them but they don`t use it very well in the story.
And Mu young failed to use yaksa properly. He thought that Lee Yeon will be busy saving the people of the hotel while he will get the stone? He just made a big mess for the humans at the hotel for nothing.

I did not watch the first season but I have a problem with Taluipa in this season. Or more exactly, with the writer `s decision to use her to create the tension/ the plot.
We know that Taluipa was the one who has freed Mu Young in 2020. It wasn`t that hard to guess because there aren`t many deities who could do it. But why she did it? We don`t know even now, when we have just two-three episodes left. Taluipa from 1938 seemed very proud of herself that the future self sent Lee Yeon in 1938 to fight the Japanese monsters but I don`t understand the urgency or the reason behind that huge decission. I already knew that all three mountain gods will reunite to fight Kato and I wanted to see that but I still don`t understand why Taluipa sent everything in motion. That`s writer`s fault.

I thought that Mu young came to 1938 to changed something important like saving the life of Hong Joo, for example. And Taluipa, as someopne who raised the mountain gods, would have regretted not helping her or helping the native gods who were murdered by Kato. She wanted the three old friends to resolve their problems. Fine, It would have made more sense. Instead, we have Mu Young wanted the stone and other artefact to revive his brother. Facepalm. Mu Young did not know who has eliberated him or why. One thing is to not reveal the information (for the audience) to early and another for the character to really not know. LOL. She freed Mu Young because she wanted to forgive him and he stole the stone and travel back to 1938? And she sent Lee Yeon after him and hoped for the better? LOL Unprofessional on so many levels. I hope it is not the case but I am not optimistic.
Why so proud Taluipa? At least her husband helped the Independence movement. She waited 82 years to sent Lee Yeon (when Korea was doing fine) to fight with the other Japanese monsters? Why? Did she really want to corect a mistake, a bad fate for someone or it was just a coincidence when she really wanted Lee yeon to corect her own mistake from 2020?

A big crisis is comming but that doesn`t mean she will die. It will be sad if this is happening. We`ll see.

What pictures?

I don`t like the story of ressurection of Mu young`s brother. I would have preferred that he had traveled in time to the moment Lee Yeon killed Ho Young, to know more about what happened with his brother that he turned bad. It was most logical in my opinion, especially if you have the stone who can do the time travel. But to revive a dead ?! It is too much for my liking. Plus, I feel it is not enough time to explore the whole story. It is more likely they want to connect it with the thrid season. I wish they would have kept the storyline simplier.

I wonder who is the leader of Shinigami Mercenary Group. Why he did not arrived with the others? Maybe he will appear later after we will know him in another situation.

That`s more like it. It will be a good explanation because Mu young was shocked when his brother tried to kill him. He said that something is not right.

Hong Joo said that her siblings died of hunger.

It is possible that he meet her but I think they did not meet. Even if they met, they did not fall in love. He did not find a romantic partner because his brother and Shin joo (from 2020) confirmed it indirectly. Lee Rang felt in love because Lee Yeon took him in Gyeongseong. There is a change in the past events because of the time travel.

I can`t wait to watch ep. 8. There is a released video when Hong Joo is putting everyone to make kimchi, including Lee Yeon, Lee Rang and Shin joo. LOL I guess Hong joo reminded Lee Yeon that he is living at Myoyeongak for free (when he refused to work and she took the notebook) and Lee Yeon wanted to avoid work by saying they are friends.

I knew Ryu is a dragon. I thought Hong Joo was a dragon before I knew she was an eagle owl.

Mu Young fights Lee Yeon but he really doesn`t want him killed. He had oportunities but he did not kill him. They will fight together against Kato. I liked in episode 7 when they defeated Jang Sang Beom together and Lee Yeon said... when we fight together nobody is defeating us. Something like that.

The antagonist is doing the right thing. LOL. I think I like that Lee Rang will have some dilemma. Not everything is allright between brothers. Their relationship is better, the love is there but the hurt and insecurities are still there too. They need tries to test their bond. Who doesn`t kill you make you stronger. Lee Rang has to grow up emotionally and I like his arc.
I am still waiting when the three friends will fight Kato. Maybe Lee rang will be there too. This moment will come.

I strongly believe that they will fight together Kato in the end of the season.

Jang San Beom was not Mu Young`s brother like I guessed. His brother appeared in the episode but he had a small role and we didn`t elucidate the whole mystery. We found out that just that Lee Yeon saved Mu young`s life because his brother want to kill him. I understand that Mu Young wanted to think that his brother would not have killed him (he was too soft and naive) but Lee Yeon did the right thing. He saved his friend`s life. I hope Mu young gives up his spite. Come on.... Move on.
But the other guess that Mu Young came back to 1938 for Hong Joo was right. I always suspected that and he said it.
The writer likes to be ambiguous and not let the whole mystery to be resolve too early. Ok but I would not mind to know more.
Mu Young said to Hong Joo when she was under the demon`s spell: "I came for you. I `m alive because of you , Hong Joo". But it is not clear why..... Damn... It could be how I initial thought that he came to 1938 to save Hong Joo. He is alive because someone freed him for him to go to the past to saved her. Or she was the one who actually freed him (I don`t know how she has the power in 2020!) Still number one assumtion is more plausible. We`ll see.

No. It is not even sure if there will be a third season. It is possible but to have a date is too early.

No, they are not the same. Eun Ho is a new character, she is a human girl.

That`s for sure. Lee Yeon from 1938 was useless, But Mu Young doesn`t need Lee Yeon just to find the artefacts and to revive his brother. It makes more sense that he needs him to fight together Kato, to not let Hong Joo fight along. That`s the most common sense explanation but we`ll see.
