It is funny and cute but not immature. In fact, everyone is mature, but the dynamics are adorable. The acting is top notched and the characters are very lovable. This is the drama I would go to when I feel stressed :D

The whole thing is actually in her subconscious mind. In her dream, with Lu Xun's help, she begins to join the dots and make sense of a lot of things that had happened. At that time, she took for granted, or didn't notice, but in her dream, she sees all the things that Lu Xun has done for her during those years in college, and later in work. Folks, if you like Z.Tao, go watch the just-finished airing Legally Romance. That's the best currently aired C contemporary drama. He has a lovely character there in Legally Romance.

Falling in love with him actually is rather gradual that she doesn't even realize it herself. Only when she returns to her youth that she realizes all the things that he has been doing for her, she has taken them for granted. Since then, she falls in love with him in her dream, and when she wakes up, she desperately wants to continue with that romance.

Each time he proposes, she brushes him off but he never gets angry, still patiently waiting for her to come to her senses :D

"... better than Tool, ...." So agree with you. I couldn't watch that series either. So fake and so awkward. The fans are crazy, attack anymore who gives unfavorable comments. Legally Romance beats that show hands down :D

Don't jump to conclusions too soon. I almost missed this precious drama because of my biases. This drama is the best modern C-drama so far for 2022, far exceeds many with very well known actors. The dream is actually her subconscious mind that gives us the backstory. It's very well done. Give it a chance. You won't regret it :D

A good drama can draw laughter as well as tears, and this is one of them. Most of the time it's funny. So don't worry. You can watch it. Guarantee you'll love it :D
