I marathoned the last 3 episodes too and I totally feel you... Show wasn't a lie Fali/Lemed made our world for Kakarayan and was calling it a dream but it's very much real. He just didn't want to believe in the world himself but Kakarayan did.
Orad still remembers and is kawas still but just hiding it from Tien ti... I think after Kakarayan sent him back to her the road intersection where they kissed was the only one in the end where it was past...the rest of the events we saw happened in the future bc Tien ti was telling of the lost tourist incident so like Orad altered a few memories I'm guessing... They didn't mention the algae disorder I think that would have cleared things up
