Wela knows what his line of business is, what's allowed and what is not. He was once pulled out of a situation where he was not fully aware what's going on. I don't take any series that seriously, to be honest. Quite the contrary, me and some other people are usually having fun and not taking the characters' development that into heart. Seji is a character that will guide us through the last episodes. If he was to proclaim his love for Japan or Ken, these series would have been over,

Ok, here me out. As of this episode Seji knows that Japan has feelings for him, but Ken didn't say a word to Seji. (or so I had the impression for watching it during work). Baby Japan said that he will persuade him and Seji agreed. What did Ken do? Nothing, brought him to a childhood place for memories we're not aware of.
