Now that I rewatched the episode, I don't think that Charlie wants to harm him, quite the contrary. It wouldn't make sense for Jeff to tell Alan to go find Tony's enemy to invest with the team, since obviously Charlie and Jeff are brothers in arms.

I honestly don't think it is. You should give it a try but wait at least one more episode as it ended on a huge cliffhanger.

I said it in another comment and I'll say it here. I tend to give really young actors, Pavel included, as he doesn't have much on his plate yet, the benefit of the doubt. Pooh is only 20 years old. I've only ever hated a character with passion in Dinosaur love. That little one forever will be on my watch list! With that being said, we have a lot of episodes for Pooh to show us why he is on the main cast.

Haha, later on, they actually introduced a penalty rule for this. And from then on, I think the whole F1 went down with more and more rules that made me stop watching it.

I agree with you but in these scenes they can add a utility pole (or whatever it's called in English) for Babe to play around and I wouldn't care less. Pavel's aura, sexiness and honestly, good acting can deliver as good as it gets. He's just overwhelming any scene he's in or so I feel.
