She called him "you were an ugly child", and also watched his photo album, where there were his classmates, who bullied him. His traumas get back. They're always were hiding in him, but they (and him) tried to hold it back with medicines, that's why Kyung Min got treatment in a psychiatry. This drama is very highlighting the psyched issues as well. Try to see behind the story and of his character more, and you'll understand! He have psychological problems in his head by his childhood. It's not something you can just hold back. He have been beated several times, even by his OWN FATHER. A child never can progress such injury. Also, his classmates have been hurt him too, and even humiliated him (in the toilet when they wanted to make him masturbating), and who knows what more horrible things happened to this man 😢
