maybe because they're close of age, they make more sense? no matter why they do, he is still someone that keeps putting dam in a difficult position because he can't accept that she's not into him. I don't really like the way they try to make us have sympathy for him (there were times when even I was feeling sorry for him), it sends a wrong message, he's pushy and doesn't respect her decision and her limits.

But don't worry, even if there aren't many, here's a little list of "must see" kdramas that are as good as this one : mr.sunshine, reply 1988, flower of evil, extracurricular, scarlet heart ryeo (with the same main actress)
none of these are the same but they will leave you as drained as my mister, and depending on which you'll like the most you'll be able to see what kind of kdrama you're into :)

Their relationship was a summer romance, jaewon needs to move on I swear. If the leads date again after 2 years because of 1 or 2 month on a beach, I'm going to throw hands. I'll hate it if they end up together.

Rin and Joon are seriously so cute and I loved how their relationship was built. The love they have for one and other was soo well portrayed and they did that in only one episode. It shows that the more you put the time to build a relationship the more it can be a credible one to the audience. That's also why I don't believe in the main leads 'love' story anymore. That episode was a reality check for me. There is no way I can still believe that the mains can have anything again after 2 years. Not after the 2 month boring summer romance they had. At first when I started the show I was "okay" with the whole "love at first sight" romance, but those usually include a lot of passion. Their relationship was not that at all, it was quit boring.

Anyway, I hope we see more of RY and GJ.

I was trying to understand how her second reason was a valide reason because that didn't make any sense to me.
One logicial explanation that I came up with was that she was not sure she wanted her two worlds to collide, at least not yet. If they didn't know each other she could compartmentalize. Her life with her friends, and her "life" with jaewon. Maybe explain to him with time that she's not who she said she was etc... But them knowing each other rushed everything and it didn't give her that choice.
That's how I could explain her second reason because honestly "they knew each other" just isn't enough.

I love that we spend more time with the other couple, they are so cute. I don't think more flashback of the main leads at the beach would have cut if for me, it was dragging.

But FOE is one of the best rated drama of the year if I'm not mistaken. Even the TV ratings were really high when it was airing. A very good drama :)
