Try prisoner of beauty too its an S++ drama and it aired today!
Yes!! I woke up this morning to dozens of notifications! Legend of Zhanghai released new posters and trailers. And then they dropped a new trailer for Prisoner of Beauty and the first 6 episodes with no promo!! I was like what is going awnn😂 Ive been in a cdrama drought as well. Now i dont know what to watch.
Its funny bc I finished the red sleeve and I was like oh I have no new cdramas to watch. I knew Zhang Hai was airing on the 18th so I was like I need to watch a show in the meantime so I picked up A Journey to Love (which is amazing), and since I watch historical kdramas too they are dropping Dear Hongrang on Friday and I'm also a full time law student! (So it takes me longer to watch stuff I can't binge lol). Okay so I'm thinking.... 1. A Journey to Love - paused. I love this so, so much but I'm going to pause it and watch when there is a drought, I've only seen three eps so I'm not deep into the plot if I don't like the airing dramas I'll just pick it up again 2. Dear Hongrang, Netflix are dropping all 11 episodes at once so this drama will remain in my watchlist, and I will watch when I'm ready or craving a kdrama//after watching my cdramas 3. The Haunted Palace - still will carry on watching the eps on the weekend, a very fun and unique show. With an interesting bromance blooming too 👀👀 and a really interesting main FL and ML couple 4. Prisoner of Beauty - definitely going to watch this. The trailer looks amazing and I love arranged marriage plots. 5. Legend of Zhang Hai, this has been on my watchlist for a long time. The new trailer definitely piqued my attention.
Verdict: will be balancing prisoner of beauty, the legend of zhang hai and the haunted palace...let's see how it goes. Happy watching everyone 🎊
I hope its gonna be good. Watched too many period Cdramas and cant help to compare. Right now, im watching The…
same I'm loving The Haunted Palace right now. I also like period cdramas, Legend of Zhang Hai is dropping on May 18th, and there's Dear HongRang on Friday, I'm currently watching a journey to love, so I don't know what I'm going to pause or continue lol...but since they are dropping all eps at once, I will watch when I'm ready. Also love the double and thought the plot was so similar.
A couple of episodes in, and this is so bad that I'm contemplating whether I should drop it. It only has big-name…
It might not be for you. I watched 4 episodes and was confused the whole time. I also dont like how fake/small the sets look, it feels like im watching a video game cutscene, but some people may like that.
