the romance in cdramas be ROMANCING 😭 and they can build up a love story a lot more cause theres more episodes. so it makes you feel things and get invested a lot easier.

i actually love cdramas a little more lately, despite censorship they tend to do romance a lot better in some ways. thry last longer too which makes for great build up.

Not comparing at all, I love both dramas. for me they’re both elite.

Some cdramas are online exclusive web dramas, meaning they can push the limits a little more. ones that are broadcast have broadcasting standards like this one did even the First Frost did which took forever to pass review.

This drama is up there with The First Frost for me, their chemistry was some of the hottest i’ve ever seen lol.

Sadly in cdramas, stuff like this is always highly censored. we’re lucky we got what we did at all lol especially all the kiss scenes.

same, i fear im watching it all as soon as i wake up tomorrow lol. i cannot wait or prolong any longer as much as i’d like to.

I miss TFF so bad lol I still rewatch it often.

i’m so glad they kept the scene of him collapsing afterall, I thought it was deleted and was so pissed because it is so important to the storytelling 😭

they call eachother that even if they arent related in a lot of dramas. cultural differences.

i finished the episodes and honestly i dont see why everyone is so confused 😂 maybe Viki is just explaining things better with their subs idk but everything felt pretty self explanatory and was explained in the story. Besides the part when they meet and she leaves for Canada, I think they cut a scene where he collapses afterward but it was clear to me that he was putting on a brave face to see her one last time before she left and he made it crystal when he was adverse to her touching his hand. He was cutting off any romantic feelings due to his injury cause he believes she deserves better. (Which I know is a tired trope) They should have explained that a little better and kept the scene cause I feel like that was too important to cut out.

he ghosted her for 6 years its kinda deserved actually 🤣 its his turn to chase and grovel.
