I never felt so anxious over someone dying the way I did here. I wanted him to live so badly. They should have…
i was devastated! there were so many cure options. the blood pearl for instance could've been more than a map. Them actually being able to get the antidote from Li Kui, the literal imperial physicians being able to cure this magical toxic water. so many options ugh. Maybe i was just deluding myself he'd live because i could think of all the ways he could be cured......sigh
Did he stay with her till death? What happened to Kung Ju?? Such quick ending and so many questions??? Not happy…
i am devastated! honestly from the dialogue, they said the Jewel Exhibition is in a couple days.....so they're telling me that they they enjoyed the festival at night, then received the imperial edict the next day, then at dawn he made her porridge and she said don't leave me, then we were at the exhibition where everyone was clearly sad and you can see Duanwu wearing his ring meaning he what died an hour after her asking him not to leave?!?!?! so he died, then they had to make the colored ruler and have his funeral. the time passage in this show is very confusing, it seems like everything is done within a week. it felt kinda quick probably because he frickin died off screen. ugh there were soooo many possible cure options, and what's up with Li Kui dying? like how? they should've tortured him until he gave up the antidote. the blood pearl should've had a second importance, BEING THE CURE, like come on!!! and where was Kang Ju during the exhibition?!?! Yan Zijing was his whole world, why wasn't he there? are you telling me he wandered off to be depressed? or are we supposed to write our own ending where Yan Zijing, Duanwu, and Kang Ju travel the world as merchants, seeing the sights and enjoying freedom? That's the ending im going with because i'm very heartbroken.
Same! I took a few off my list. I really hope for a good ending to this one. I am so attached to the characters…
noooo i shouldn't have clicked on this but the reveal spoiler button is too tempting! TT I really hope it's a happy ending because my heart cannot take another open ended/bittersweet/sad ending TT fingers crossed
waiting for this show to finish airing before i can binge watch XD from the comments it looks like it's really good so far --- i'm excited! i hope it ends good. I've seen a bunch of shows i was waiting for end horribly that i don't watch it lol. I really hope this show is good from beginning to end! XD
Some of the stuff I've seen about LYN is so wild... I mean, if anyone thinks Liu Yu Ning isn't handsome, Chinese…
I am flabbergasted! WHO says he's not handsome?!?! He's gorgeous! The first moment he appeared in The Long Ballad I was captivated. Then I heard his singing through all the OSTs and now I'm obsessed with him. Like what?!?!
I initially steered clear of fantasy and wuxia Chinese dramas because, let's be real, most of them tend to wrap…
those were my exact thoughts, at the end it looks like she pulls out the Tianji compass and says no matter the past or future i'll find you, then boom she's in front of the marriage temple from their past. so what does that mean, did she travel to the past to look for him???? plus is he actually a mortal now? what happens when they die, do they return to the Heavenly Realm together since she saw his God of War star light up
Excellent blow-by-blow analysis. All the reasons why I loved this one best, too (even though BOFs has a special…
so true! I was totally in love with the Japanese and 2018 Chinese versions when I watched them. But this one has the #1 spot, though I would've loved to have more cutesy lovey dovey moments between Gorya and Thyme without it getting spoiled by someone, her temper or for comedy.
oo also loved Ryan Cheng from A Familiar Stranger and Miao Yi from Exclusive Fairytale lol
Excited to see the fight choreography!!!
very sad that Officer Min died right after he recovered TT
