It was the drama, but maybe I DID watch the movie by accident. Whoopsie. Great to see (I'm usually not a fan of gisaeng-based dramas.) I'm not really into sagueks either, but like I said, I enjoyed Empress Ki so far. I watched Hwang Jin-Yi quite a while ago. And I saw a little bit of Ha Ji-Won in Secret (2000) as the villainous FL.

Me too! It's one of my k-drama goals for 2026 lmao, especially since Made In Korea impressed me so much.

I plan to watch Moving, Empress Ki and Strangers From Hell after I finish some of the dramas on my watch list.

Haven't watched Suji and Uri. The cast list sounds great though!

Oh it's violent, but not gory. Seo Jun-Hee does change for the better throughout the drama.

I find him to be a lovely actor. He's charming, handsome (seemingly ageless? He's almost 40 and looks like he's in his 20s), and clearly talented... I just want his characters to not suffer all the time. Hopefully this role is easy on him. 👀

Like I said, Hwa-Young is the real protagonist to me. I liked Ham Eun-Jung in Queen's House because the FL actually grew a backbone and got revenge ruthlessly... we need smarter/better FLs in daily dramas. The only "good ones" I've seen are the morally grey or villainous ones (and people usually deny that they exist for some bizarre reason, lol)
