fmlβs acting is soo bad!!! wasnβt she a ROYAL in jeoseon era? in the beginning she was shown such powerful…
I agree that there's a big difference in her personality. I hope they explain it well
However, I felt like she always had that strength in her. even as a maid, she stood up for herself like when she poured the bowl at the other maids or when she climbed the roof to plot some revenge.
And as the concubine, she has a similar personality as she has now. I remember when they showed the multiple assassination attempts on her life, the acting was similar to how she is now
Although, I'm just guessing, I really hope they address how her personality changed instead of letting us assume stuff.
but I don't think it has to do with the FML's acting. She's obviously given the script and given how to portray the character. it's feels intentionally
I think I'm not bothered by it for now because I love her personality
Based on the preview, Segye changes into a suit and joins Seori and everything seems normal. I feel like in the next episode, Seori will deny and pretend like she doesn't know what he's talking about (because she might be shocked and need some time to think about it first) and then Segye will be like "yeah maybe I'm overthinking" and then snap out of it but will bring it back up later in the episode.
but like how did she even become queen after that? and how could she love the king as well? Them being lovey dovey…
yeah I'm not really sure about that. This might be a stretch but my assumption so far is that she had no choice and after some time she decided to fake "forgive" him and faking getting along with him in order to survive
I really hope they do a good job explaining everything soon
ugh the parallels are KILLING ME kang dan shim made up a false testimony to save the grand prince sin seori risked her reputation to testify and save Cha Segye from being framed
Seori unintentionally completing side quests is so funny. Imagine getting a call that your actress gf randomly busted a shaman scammer guilty of drugs and tax evasion. This man will never get bored with her. He really has no idea what shenanigans she's up to in her free time. And his smile after he heard what happened. He looks proud of her lol
I forgive you show for breaking my heart for 15 minutes. I FORGIVE YOU. But please be kind and instead of always…
I like that they are only mad at each other for a short amount of time like in episode 6 too. Hope it stays that way and I hope they stay communicative with one another
Mo Taehee has the worst timing π every time she tries to talk to Segye, he's already busy thinking about Seori
When she spilled coffee on him, he was trying on suits to impress Seori When she crashed into his car, he was busy sulking about being rejected the second time by Seori When she called him on the phone, he was literally just thinking about texting Seori
Cha Segye on his blind date in ep1: your dream is to be a stew-cooking housewife? I prefer toast to stew. And a business partner rather than a doting wife
Shin seo ri in her interview in ep1: to be a woman only to squat by the kitchen and dream of serving up stew. pathetic... Good wife and wise mother? It will all be in vain
In the cut out scene, Cha Segye over hears her saying that.
in the beginning of episode 6, where he says "I hate people who don't know anything but meddle in everything. Since you're a woman who shares my values, I guess we can skip the needless mind games and runarounds".
So that's what he means by same values. They are literally perfect for each other
