Hope this is a good drama. After The Rise of Ning , cheering for Ci Sha. Sadly Gala Zhang is only guest.. wonder why he doesnt get any more Main roles.. he is a really good actor, I used to enjoy watching earlier...!

Yes.. till they made love first time..... But it was not nice after their first hot encounter... she was awake and brooding and he was sleeping content and happy.... ROFL...! But till they went to bed.. it was really good..
Reminds me of the aphrodisiac influenced encounter Shenli and Xing Zhi had... and she got up straight after that and discussed business and he was like... u want to discuss this now... what's wrong with u woman..?? there were lots of meme after that... showing.. shenli sitting and smoking.. lol! but that was pure comedy... that drama..!
I enjoyed this drama till they hit the bed... everything was nice... slice of life..! after that encounter.. poor ex got C.... and mistress lookin for the next vender...!! god have mercy..!
Actually many dramas doesnt show the life after marriage correctly.. you cannot have a future with only one person's way... especially in modern dramas.. its all about understanding, respect, and love....!

After that its gone crazy weird.... From the beginning... FL learned the hard way her education doesn't get her anywhere with a 10 year gap and no experience... She was humiliated and worked so hard... till she found Ji.. then she guilt tripped him at every opportunity ...otherwise where in the world you can start as a cleaning lady.... and become a sales director...in one year...!! Yes she was hard working and very capable... but that itself doesn't work these days... you can only become an excellent cleaner in one year.....lol!! unless you have a support... (its like our butcher girl killing all the main enemies and becoming a general in POJ.....)) its all nice to see.. but no touch with reality...
After sleeping with him... if he doesnt agree with her... she will stop talking to him.... it’s JF who always compromises, running after her, depressed, she doesn’t let anything affect her. And why she keeps hugging a man who openly admits he desires her and hangs her painting in his gallery…! She is stringing him along, that’s not nice. She might not be cheating, but not making herself clear. Same person who stopped talking to JF when there were rumors of him going in and out his ex’s apartment…
Actually it would have been great... if 4 of them just remained great dependable friends....without any romance....

I am on ep 24... and it burns me up to think of a scenario like that at your work place infront of scorning colleagues.... the humiliations FL had to go through with her family, and earlier it was at the ex Mother in Law's birthday banquet.... and now this..... Only thing I can say is.. she was too soft earlier, difficult to say NO to anyone and everyone took her for a ride..... so I hope.... eventually she will grow a thick skin and learn to handle herself... like the saying...."What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"

I dont think after a failed marriage anyone will be ready to start another... especially she has such massive debts she carrying for her step father's guest house... She may love him, tempted.. but it will be very difficult and scary to commit....
Imagine I was nervous to start the scene of her facing her hubby and mistress, I waited for a spoiler and dozed off... woke up wondering where did I see that face of the mistress before.. she looked so familiar... Then realized.. she is that dancing floozy princess in Double....ha!

I have dropped Best Choice Ever, bcoz that mother was toxic, dropped Second Chance Romance bcoz Mother was evil and FL was not motherly enough for the story to continue...

There was a time I used to enjoy watching Wallace Chung Dramas... but last one "Second Chance Romance" was so terrible... I was very very hesitant to start this... but I thought i will give it a go...
I am on episode 5.... and one thing which makes me feel let down is ... women acting like doormats... her whole family are parasites... just like her ex said in anger.... !! and she doesnt have any money but doesn't have a courage to tell her mother she cannot pay the loan for their Guest house...
Will it ever get better... or the whole family will slide on her back or what...??
I watched the whole drama... its build your expectation sky high, then drop you mercilessly from that height. I badly wanted to see if it gets better...
FL character was written as immature and impulsive, but She is a very good actress, You can see a total op of this in her "Flourish in Time" with ZLH.... And the currently airing "800", she and Xu Kai... doing an amazing job... crime thriller, pretty intense.
Its all on how each character is written....in drama. Same way ML character, started as this ruthless person everyone fears to look at, but then by second half.. he is just running around FL...
Thing is I like both Ding Yuxi and Deng En Xi, both have such good dramas......! Infact a new drama for both are getting ready.... "Road to Splendor" Hope its written better than this.....
