i don't think they were a bit too mean; it seems the perfect amount of banter considering their relationship :) the way he smiled at the memory of her defending him was super cute, and you can tell there is care between them! he brought her home because he knew the longer she stayed out the longer her mother would be upset, and she trusted him enough to open up about the reboot in her life/be vulnerable.

sorry for the long comment, i just think that it's super cute so far and will be even better later when they do become a couple

people were so dramatic in the comments and scared me off from watching saying that the fl is super selfish but just caught up on all 16 episodes and this drama is super cute, i love the main leads relationships and there's sm skinship already they're such a sweet couple

i am so surprised that there is hate for this kdrama lmfao. if you're reading this comment, WATCH THIS SHOW! the plot has nothing to do with hometown chachacha (and i actually find this show a LOT better then hometown cha cha cha). their relationship is deep and genuine, and i don't think anyone hating is mature enough to understand that not every drama is going to be lighthearted and can't deal with a show that's not your typical romcom.

the fl and ml are definitely aware of the history, but i don't think the ml knows that his father approached the fl and pressured her into the first break up. the ml thinks that she broke up with him for reasons of having a new life in the city, etc. he doesn't know the exact reason.

honestly, i'm usually picky with my dramas, but try this! it's actually pretty good so far and progressed pretty fast in 4 episodes (the romance too). it was definitely a lot better than i anticipated it to be. he helps her with her trauma in a really nice way and the female lead is developing a good back bone as well. the side characters are annoying which makes waiting for their downfall so much sweeter!

yes she does pretty soon! she still hesitates at some parts due to her trauma but she stands her ground for the most part
