Weekend 50-episode dramas have high viewership. So, you'll find popular actors in them. Also, it's much easier…
👍🏻 TFTI. I wasn't aware there's a difference between weekend & daily dramas b4, since i don't watch them. I just see long i assume it's the same as the dailys. 😁
I'm giving this one a chance, though I don't ever watch family dramas mainly bc they're too long and less "nice" in terms of picture quality than the normal dramas.
Which is why I'm puzzled with this one because it's full of familiar faces of supporting actors that normally appear on the normal 16 ep dramas. So there's not much to question in terms of acting. But it makes me wonder if there's a family drama quota to be filled or smth, and the budget is higher, or whether there's just a surplus of actors these days that family dramas are the only available option. 🤔 Hm.
After watching countless dramas I'm thinking there's pretty much a foolproof way to identify the culprit from early on now. I don't know if it is just the writers that always follow the same formula, or the world has become so twisted that it got me twisted- but you know, the moment I see someone too nice I immediately get suspicious XD Unfortunately in dramaland that suspicion has always been proven right . LOL
I was excited for this at the start, but I'm the kind that gets a bit peeved when there's really no "closure" and thus no reason for the story to exist in the first place. Add to that moments that just seem too dumb for how "smart" a ninja should be in my mind, sort of takes away from the general coolness of the series. The only thing I loved from all this was the grandma and her silent conversations with the friend- super funny. This and the moment when the delusional guy who think he's God gets a reality check when he tried putting his arm back on- albeit having no effect on shattering his delusional mind. Overall a decent watch if you have time to kill.
Never have I ever been so excited about watching a 39 ep drama!!! LOL! This is such a gem! Everything about it is wonderful! It's different, refreshing, magical, and hilarious, can't wait for the developing romance!
Just wanted to say I haven't the chance to watch this yet, but the poster is amazing! Absolutely caught my eye, because i normally wouldn't be interested in this kind of genre XD
Tbh I was avoiding this at first, because the usual school psychological themes are messed up and just make me feel like crap when I watch them. BUT I'm glad I finally watched this one, because it's about fighting back and it's exhiliratingly good!
btw the supporting actor who plays cao fang reminds me of another famous Korean supporting actor, Jin Seon Kyu who's in a lot of kdramas and movies like Space sweeper. As I watch a lot of these dramas I often find a lot of the actors have their own foreign actor look-a-like :D
O..kaay? Well, I was excited at the beginning, and watched till the end, albeit feeling discomforted about how she kept calling him "brother" with them being all lovey dovey all the time XD The ending's not enough to make up for it tho. Had great potential, but pity it's not done quite up to par.
lols, first ep, I thought was the ML so nervous and uncomfortable that his nape is sweating? But then they show the FL and there's a bead of sweat on her neck too. I saw the supporting actor's face also glistening, and concluded, nope, not a case of nerves - but man it must have been HOT in there. LOL Definitely not in Kdrama land where the make up crew's on standby wiping off the actors' sweat at all times XD
