This drama from what I've seen till now, has the chance to become the best of 2026, if it can maintain the momentum and the tension for the remaining episodes. I never thought, I'd enjoy this so much. I started it for the romance and now, I don't even care about the romance. I'm rather interested to see how Lanxiang develops and overcomes the difficulties. Romance is just a side bonus. Looks like the cdrama side will be very busy for a few weeks with this one and Spring of the blade airing alongside each other. I'm just excited for the next day every day.

Duke Su was a mood in on itself. I've read the novel for Double before and they subtly changed the character for Duke Su to be more softer. The novel version was dark as hell. I think this was only possible cause Wang Xingyue was playing this role. He has that commanding presence which just makes the character so appealing.

This is peak. It really reminds me of "The Double". That was also one of my favourite series and I feel like this one will be too.

It would be hard to meet the expectation of fans cause Viva La Vida was an amazing movie and the acting of Peng Yuchang was really good there.

Just finished watching this after putting it off for so long. If you're a fan of Jun Ji-hyun, or simply enjoy her acting like I do, I think you'll be able to have a good time with it. Otherwise, the story gets a bit far-fetched at times. It honestly felt like they watched the British Bodyguard, mixed it with the political drama of Designated Survivor, and then just kept escalating the scale until it completely burst. 😂 Still, I have to admit, I was genuinely surprised to see Michael Gaston here. That was a fun little surprise.

I never thought I would watch a dating show and bawl my eyes out.

I'm barely keeping my curiosity in check. I feel like every drama should release all the eps at once or be like the cdramas where they release daily. This waiting just kills me.

I can’t wait to see Gong Hyo-jin on screen again! After the disappointment that WSTG was, I’m really hoping this one hits the mark. Fingers crossed!
