yeah I kind of think it will go that way as well, they'll meet again after a time skip or something and it'll…
I get what you mean, and yeah feelings can definitely grow out of pity over time. I just think the foundation still matters a lot. If a relationship starts with one person needing to be saved and the other feeling responsible for them, it can become a little unequal without either of them even noticing it.
And sometimes that turns into love, sometimes it turns into resentment when the feeling of pity disappears. But even when it does turn into relationship, that imbalance can still kinda stay there in the background. One person feels needed, the other feels grateful, and it gets hard to tell if they truly chose each other equally or not. That’s mainly why I still feel an open ending works better for this storyline. It gives both characters room to grow first instead of forcing a romance immediately.

Yeah, pretty much. But still the delivery here is better (I feel like).

It doesn’t seem possible here, and if they do make them a couple, it would come across as really toxic. Still, we can at least enjoy their journey, and Hong Hwa Yeon has definitely leveled up in her acting. I first really noticed her in "Buried Hearts", and now with this, she’s improved so much. I’ll be looking forward to her future projects with some expectations.

I think so too and it's what I believe is needed for that storyline. As In Ah said relationship born out of pity never ends well.

*******episodes 7 -12 of this drama have been rated super low by a group of 17 people.******* We are on ep 8 so…
The problem is that MDL is a closed-source site. If it were open-source, we could have addressed this issue by now. It’s been long overdue, and it doesn’t seem like they have any plans to fix it.

Well, we're pretty much right about all our theories. This episode was so much fun!! Also, as another commenter @Hananey mentioned, I also believe this will be an open ending for the 2nd leads and I'd prefer it that way.

This turns out to be the most exciting drama among the currently airing ones in terms of chemistry. Good writing…
Along with the OST, they really nailed the timing. Usually, I just look up the OSTs on Spotify out of curiosity, but this time I was genuinely impressed—this song fit the scene perfectly.

yesss! I was trying to find her, but she’s not mentioned in the cast & credit here :(
I tried to add her, but she does not have an MDL page yet.

Thanks! It would be great if someone adds her to the official casts.

I went through a box of tissues. 😭
Same here. I saw a comment yesterday from someone saying episode 22 was sad. I was expecting it myself, but I still didn’t know what hit me!

Same here. It surpasses episode 10 by far. 😭
Yeah! This ep was the most traumatic.

With so few 2ML scenes so far, I really hope they don’t shove it down to us in the latter half of the drama, because honestly, they’ve been boring as hell. Aside from that concern, this is the best weekend release among all the current ones. This episode was a bit more emotional compared to the last, but still great. I think episodes 5 and 6 will develop the emotional storyline more, which is exciting. The preview for episode 6 looks pretty funny. And I have to say it again, I feel like No Ki Jun is Gong Myung's life role. He suits it so perfectly, I don't know what to say!

I thought this page was for "discussion". People had claimed earlier that it was. But it is increasingly…
You really cannot avoid this honestly. Asian drama spaces always end up attracting a crowd of incels and then every discussion turns into the same shallow lookist and ageist garbage again. Half these people genuinely sound like they’ve never emotionally matured past ranking human beings like shopping items.

Do you like thrillers? The Scarecrow is an ongoing Monday-Tuesday drama. Goldland airs on Wednesdays. For romcom,…
I probably watch thrillers more than romance but my problem with thrillers is that I'm too curious to watch them live. But I'll still try. Currently I'm watching Light to the Night and it's good. I've heard good things about the scarecrow, but Goldland I'm not so sure about. My Royal Nemesis, I'm seated for that one. Thank you for the recommendations.

not also watching Perfect Crown? not your cup of tea?
I’ll binge it later. It feels overhyped at the moment, so I’ll wait until it’s finished airing. From what I’ve heard, it’s pretty good but just overhyped compared to the execution.

No chemistry in yumi cells. Infact worst season. Everything is forced.
Me too. For some reason I'm enjoying it a lot more than I imagined.
