Xiao Guo(Wu Rong) actually pursues Gao Zhun this time, and they even have a relationship. Gao knows he's his r*pist but still goes with it, and all those hook-ups with Justin and that other man actually happen in the novel. This portrays the extreme level of self-destructive behavior Gao can display coz Dr Fang left him..and this is the part they changed in the movie they were shooting so all those scenes became different, as Wu and Zhang discussed that it was Zhen Xin who wanted the director to change them. Now all this stuff has already happened in the novel, so the real Gao zhun has done this, but they chose not to show it in the novel. So the real Gao zhun and Fang chi's story played out differently then what they're showing.

I'm saying in the series he doesn't know. Coz I remember he said he didn't see his face coz he was wearing a mask..when asked by Fang Chi. The novel Gao Zhun does a lot of questionable things, and that's also one of the reasons the director told them that Zhen Xin wanted their scenes changed; he was refering to those where he actually sleeps with them

So whatever you were fearing would happen, has already happened in the novel, and that's why they said Zhen Xin changed those scenes between Wu and Zhang. Another thing is about these characters Fang Chi and Gao, there's a reason they feel real, and all that happened in the novel is important.

Its a psychological bl, so very character-focused, and their past is revealed in the later episodes so might be slow for some. I understand coz many people are put off by the instant kissing scenes but it does have a great plot, atleast for to me. Also the OST for this one is amazing. In August I'm waiting for Mr.Fanboy to release too, it has an interesting premise!

I was listening to the song So Cold that plays in FC and GZ scenes, its soo good and I'm amazed at the OST for this series. But its lyrics had me worried that they'd show Gao Zhun being like he was exactly in the novel, which they didn't. I think they skipped a lot of the self destructive parts, yet managed to land his torment and the situation he was in quite well.

The director's not helping, that assistant and senior all want to break them up. Its so annoying. And his random screaming was getting on my nerves.
