are yall not weirded out by this? it literally romanticizes sa genuinely wondering how this is so popular
Its meant to be weird. They're not your two dimensional green flag mcs you find only in books. They're dealing with mental health issues, both of them, and they know it. But a lot of times the cure for this state of mind is tricky and that's what this show explores. I'd rather watch something unique with a gripping plot than something with just 'good' and happy characters with plot holes in it. A lot would. That's why people like this series. Someone who can't make their own interpretation or read between the lines..this is frankly not for them.
Its actually Zhang who's too deep in the character compared to Zhen, that's why he can't believe it when he says that the feelings are real. To him its not clear. Now the only way they can resolve this is to break up, so that they're able to confirm for themselves whether they really love each other without being in character.
So they're important, coz they can be considered the second male leads, Dr Fang and Gao Zhun. Zhen xin and Zhang zhun's entire relationship is also based on theirs, and that's why this show is called deep in. They're deep in those characters, coz they've a lot of similarities with them. Idk if you understood the mirror scene where Zhang zhun sees himself but its actually Gao talking to him, so this symbolizes that they're two sides of the same mirror. And another reason they're important is coz they actually exist, and their real life story was adapted into a novel which is now being made into a movie.
That's the tamest way they could follow the plot so they had to do it.
That's what he wanted to do..Fang chi. I think that's where they're going with this. They'll have to start over without that doctor-patient relationship
Hmm now I'm not sure how much will be revealed so if you've watched till the latest episodes and still don't understand something major in the plot then I'll tell you, tho it might be a spoiler
OMG but i am seeing RED, as is this ep was brutal & very very freakin hard to sit through, but what the f*ck…
That's what I'm saying. People keep praising this to the heavens coz of the nc scenes but to me a series has to deliver on a lot for it to be that perfect, which this does not.
After watching episode 10 what did they mean by changing the ending they were filming? What was the ending supposed…
Violent scenes of Gao zhun willingly hooking up with every man you saw, that bar guy, justin, even xiao guo, and he also has a relationship with him and they live together as a couple.
