The overall pacing, cinematography and story telling is really great. I finished the drama in just 2 straight days watching it. The drama is really good in portraying the dark side of the Japanese invasion in Korea, it was diverted to having experimented to human beings and hence the creature. I liked that it was fantasy for the first time I have watched, I really am not a fan of this genre but it was a good decision to be having the genre fantasy.

Acting wise, I really like most of the characters, which a lot. I am really happy with Park Seo Jeon as the main lead, he carried the show alongside the people at the pawnshop. Han Seo Hee seems to having getting the same roles as her previous works but she is good at it.

I really like the drama especially at the start. I have read the manhwa version of it, and I like that there are parts that they retain and most of the parts that is added is well executed to me as a watcher. The major difference I see is that Yi Joo is more human here than in the manhwa. Maybe others would argue that she should be as ruthless in the manhwa as is in the drama, but I prefer her emotionally vulnerable here.

The female lead is so good as Yi Joo, she is perfect for the role. I was in awe with her acting her, I don't know if it is her first main role, but applaud, she really did well. The male lead is fine with me, he delivered his role perfectly.

I was a bit sad that it is just 12 episodes, I thought it would be 14 episodes, and I would have liked it more if the male lead's POV was given, but the 12th episode was there, so happy for that. The antagonists of the story especially for the brother was not really given the chance to be explored, which is sad for me since it was deep in the manhwa. It would have been great if it was shown much more but I have no complaints since the main leads were given the priority and I like that.

The first parts of the drama was really good for me as a watcher. I have watched Castaway on the Moon way before, so I already have an idea on what it was somehow been inspired by. The child actors were really great, as they were shown as the first episodes. Their acting were superb. When they get older somehow, I was frustrated with the thriller part of the story, because it felt like it was being so far from the title of Castaway Diva but it did get better. Unfortunately though, it was only 12 episodes and I felt like the 12th episode was a rush. Still, I had a fun time watching this ongoing drama.

I really like the plot for this, since it is very appealing for me being also a K-Pop fan, but I guess this drama shows the typical Korean drama, that I felt like I already know what will happen in it's entirety.
What makes this drama appealing for me is because it’s Kim Jae Wook’s first main role drama, since I always saw him having side roles. I really like him in other dramas, and I really hoped that this time he would shine as a main lead, but I was not really into the drama. Park Min Young may not be my fave actress I respect her but is her roles always like this? I find it repetitive. Also, I don't really like the side characters, they are so typical. I think this drama is overhyped but the hype was not maintained. I did have times that I felt the romance in the drama, since it is a romance drama, but the comedic part is not good for me. The conflict part is also boring. It is a cute drama but I recommend this more on the beginners since it does have the Korean drama style that they would maybe like.

Coffee Prince (2007) - this one is aired in our local network GMA that is why I was not that hooked with this drama when it aired on TV since I find the dubbing horrible.

I did watched the Korean version of this one since almost all recommended this drama. Eventually it has a different editing than what is what I usually see in other dramas, I find the pacing so hard to understand. I find it hard to connect the storyline since there are somewhat missing parts, which is the style of the editing of this drama.

The drama is cute, fun and light hearted. Yoon Eun Hye did really great as someone pretending to be a guy, I acknowledged that.

18 Again (2020) - I saw first some clips of this drama on facebook and I was curious and indeed my curiosity didn't fail this time.
I was crying alongside the characters of this drama. I never thought that it was a family drama and I like this type of dramas. I felt what I should feel and I really like how they portray the love of a father. One of the dramas that is rare and really worth the time and watch.

Bitch x Rich (2023) – this drama is pointless, at first I can see a lot of clips on my tiktok and got curious because most of the viewers are rooting for the villain, more likely the so called villain in the series. The actors playing the characters are also not that strong in terms of acting skills, maybe because they are new faces in drama world. The series that ends with a cliffhanger didn’t really justify the whole process of what happened throughout the entire drama. This drama is not my type but I finished it since its short. I don’t know if I should watch the next season but I don’t have the drive to go through the next season if ever there is any.

If you want to watch how a toxic relationship unfold, I think it's for you but for me, I'm not really into this type of dramas. It started off really good and I was hoping a character development somehow but no I got nothing I think.

Suzy is somewhat not that effective here for me. I was really amazed with how she acted in Anna and I can see her improvement there but this time around it was hard watching her crying because she is bad at it. I don't know maybe I expected a lot from her already.

The ending is bad, I am really not satisfied with it. I'm happy that they release all episodes in a day because I don't think I would watch this ongoing.

I could totally relate to other viewers and reviewers of this drama. It has that nostalgic feeling into it. The story about past life is presented beautifully and the characters are really well written. The cinematography is one of a kind, one of the best so far. Other dramas would really have to step up since this become a standard. It really is at the high level, and it can't be compared. It is a whole new genre of historical. It will always stay in the hearts of those who have watched this. Beautiful. Worth it.

One of the few japanese drama that caught my attention nowadays. It is quite different than my usual dramas since it is Japanese but it is pretty straightforward in giving it's insights on relationships especially romance. Also discussions related to one's feelings on different type of circumstances or hardships is seen in the drama is pretty good for me as a watcher, it kept me interested.

I am not a fan of the characters morals but I understand their viewpoint. I love both the main leads. They are so different yet so alike. They are both logical people and seems full of wisdom. I really like their conversations.

I am quite not that satisfied with the ending but I like that it was like that. It really radiates slice of life drama.

Usokon is one of the dramas in 2023 that I excitedly look forward to every week. I just watched a clip from tiktok and I was convinced to at least watch an episode. Since it is a japanese drama, I had my doubts at first but I think it's just so cute and especially the beginning is really great for me as a watcher. I don't know most of the actors as I barely watched japanese dramas but I like them, especially the female lead. I think she is so cute and she really is great in her role. It has one of my favorite genres in drama world which is marriage of convenience. It's an okay drama. It has that japanese vibes into it, in terms of pacing which is faster and also the weirdness of one of the leads, particularly in this one the male lead. I think it has a good start up. Unlock My Boss (2022) – I don’t have high expectations in this drama because I thought its comedy technology related drama but I was so wrong, it’s a really good watch and I really like the family parts in the drama. I like the flow and pacing especially the first episodes. The characters are likeable overall for me and the acting is fine though the veteran actors are really exceptional compared to the leads which are much younger. I watched this for over a week with one episode per day, and I'm satisfied. I also like that the romance part is not highlighted as much. I will recommend this one.
