Well-Intended Love (China) (2019) - nag venture lang ko og chinese dramas once in a while this time tungod sa mga clips lagi sa facebook. I got curious about this drama because I like the 'marriage of convenience' na plot. The drama is really chinese and I find it hard to adapt jud kay awkwardan ko sa transition pero gets raman. Typical lang jud ang character sa both main leads but gikilig bya pud ko up until the 'reveal/plot twist'. The plot twist made the drama unlikable and I also didn't like the ending parts - murag na incorporate ang pinoy style.
A Love So Beautiful (China) (2017) - this Chinese drama kay popular jud pud kayo kay gipasalida lagi sa ABS-CBN. I’m not a fan of high school dramas maong 1 episode per day ra japun ako gibuhat diani. It took me about 7 episodes ayha pa dayon ko na hook sa drama and what they truly want to tell to the viewers. I also find it hard to watch kay tungod sa language, since naanad na ko sa Korean. Gwapo jud si Jiang Chen, no doubt, but my heart goes out to Bosong, kay lagi 2nd male lead syndrome napud ako peg. I’m really quite convinced pud sa high school na mga moments kay mga batan-on mangud ang mga nagdala sa characters so marelate lang, but as they move on to college and working na nga moments, naglisod ko og cope up kay batan-on pa sila og mga dagway kay sila ra japun nagdala. It would have been believable if lahi na ang mga actors nga nagdala sa mga characters. I am not really sold out with the romance between Jiang Chen and Xiaoxi, and I think it is just the way how Chinese drama works with their male leads, gusto ata sila pina mysterious type jud ang male lead (*naanad nako). The first episode and the last episode for me didn’t really make tugma cause I was really expecting something like ‘A Little Thing Called Love’ thai movie ang peg, but no they didn’t leave it an open ending, they chose to make dayon the main leads, so nalain ako 2nd male lead heart. I would have find it more likeable if gi open ending nalang unta nila.
Diamond Lover (China) (2017) - this is another Chinese drama but what makes it different is that si Rain ang main lead, makes me engage with the drama faster compared to other Chinese dramas. Though awkward jud ang dubbing kang Rain, I feel kilig baya gihapon. I did watched only the special cut version of the drama which to I have no complaints. Though typical jud ang storyline sa drama, I did still enjoyed it. I don’t plan on watching the 60 episodes full drama of this because grabe ang werla sa online community sa ending, so stick rako ani.
Love Me If You Dare (China) (2015) - just seen a memory of this in Facebook na happy ko paghuman og tan-aw. I really did enjoy this crime Chinese drama, my first, since mostly Chinese drama na ako nakita is romance. I don't know why nakakita pud ko ani but I remember gi recommend ko ni og taman taman before kay tsada lagi. Many where disappointed with other half of the story since 24 episodes so medyo dugay jud sya mahuman. But wala ra baya pud ko na bore. So far, murag lisod na manan-aw ko og chinese crime dramas kay ma kulbaan kog apil.
Boss & Me (China) (2014) - I am new to Chinese dramas that is why I feel that this drama is really slow paced. I like that is cute and funny in their own kind of way but the story telling is totally different with Korean dramas. I did enjoy this drama with all the kilig moments and frustrating main lead character, nadawat raman pud nako. This drama will likely be good to those who really like romance, and I am glad I watched this before as my starting point for Chinese dramas......................
Loving, Never Forgetting/Unforgettable Love (China) (2014) - at first drawn to this because sa trailer sa TV (*ABS-CBN) so mailad jud pud ta og tan aw. Well, I really did enjoy Autumn's Concerto and the plot of this is quite same with Autumn's Concerto but for certain mas tsada jud ang Autumn's Concerto compare to this. Still heartbreaking japun na drama, lots of crying and tears. The little ones, children are really good in acting. One of the good things about chinese dramas is that children actors are adorable and is a much need for the story to flow .
To The Dearest Intruder (Taiwan) (2016) - if wala ni gipasalida sa ABS, wala unta ko kita ani. This is one of the dramas na I’m thankful for ABS kay ila gipasalida. I posted about how intense the drama is when I finished this. It’s been so long since murag naka feel ko og intense in the drama as I was watching this. I can’t seem to find what I post before regarding this drama but from what I remembered, affected jud ko ani nga drama. Grabe pud og plot ni uie, makalagot. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha
Murphy’s Law of Love (Taiwan) (2015) - all I can remember is daghan ko natun an ani nga drama. It has that cliche storyline. Cat-dog relationship between the leads, rom com na OA ang acting style. What makes it different among other Taiwanese drama is that they deal every challenge in a mature way that's why naa kay makutlo especially sa mga relasyon. Since the drama revolves around relationships, it's nice to watch this if you want to learn more about romantic relationships and how to overcome crises that may arise.
Bromance (Taiwan) (2015) - I like this drama. To think na nay nag ask sako regarding this drama, I think it’s quite famous compare sa other Taiwanese drama na ako nakita. What I like is that convincing kayo ang girl ani na laki, ang iyaha features kay murag jud pud og laki, which is pakpak kayo ko. Gamay ra ang maka portray ana nga role na maconvince jud ang mag tan-aw (*and she won best actress because of this role). This drama is really engaging and I think it’s because the main leads did really showcase their roles, I like their roles as well, not common. Although ji bet jud ang mga side characters ani nga drama, sige nalang. Overall I would gladly watch this again if I have time.
Someone Like You (Taiwan) (2014) - I remember nalabyan nako ang trailer ani sa GMA. Lahi ra baya jud nang trailer sa TV kay maka enganyo jud. So melodrama sya, which is rare sa mga Taiwanese dramas, kay more on RomCom ang ginapasalida sa TV, usahay rajud ang melodrama. Embodiment ni sya sa melodrama jud for me in a Taiwanese way. Sakit jud sya, normally. Overall, the plot says it all. It moved my emotions as a watcher, the actors did great especially the main lead. Good drama but ready your tissues for the tears.
Fall in Love with Me (Taiwan) (2014) - this is my second Aaron Yan drama, but I like him more in Just You than in this. I guess I didn’t like the main lead girl in this drama. This too has got me feeling ‘pag sure oi’ because it’s supposed to be a disguise drama. Having a lot of coincidences related scenes seems really doesn’t get me. What made me finished this drama is because of the adversaries they faced about their dreams – basically the advertising world. I can’t remember most of parts of this drama that I think I counted it as insignificant. I have heard others liking this drama more than Just You and I guess it’s gonna be a personal verdict for everyone.
Just You (Taiwan) (2013) - I think napasalida ni sya sa ABS or GMA, I don’t know but I watched this because of Aaron Yan. Aaron is quite famous already being a member of Fahrenheit. I like the main lead girl here though, I like the transition of the house thing and the boss thing. Though typical hate-love relationship storyline jud sya. What I like about this drama though is ni go beyond sila sa too much conservative style of dramas, and naay bed scene ani na although conservative japun, giapil japun nila which is really rare to find in other Taiwanese, even Korean dramas. The downside of the drama is that it has so much romantic and love teams going on, not just with the main leads so medyo distractive sya kay I can’t focus on what really is the main point of the drama.
Love, Now (Taiwan) (2012) - who would have thought I will finish a 72 episode Taiwanese drama and hurray I did. What I like about this drama is the plot (*which is seen in the first part), it’s really nice. And the first part of the drama is shoot at no other than Boracay, Philippines, hooooo! Never expected to see a Taiwanese drama that features Philippines. I really like this drama, it’s a family drama mainly since makita manpud na 72 episodes so pamilya jud ang main topic. Kilig kayo ko sa main lead characters ani, as in bagay kayo sila!!! Although naa jud mga unnecessary parts of the drama, daghan, I guess kinahanglan sya para ma fill ang 72 episodes. I’m so proud of myself na nahuman nako ni, and the fact na lisod kayo ni i-download T.T hahahaha, all I can remember is that kilig kayo ni sya na drama. Highly recommended especially katong gusto manan-aw og dugay mahuman na series.
Absolute Boyfriend (Taiwan) (2012) - being a fan of the manga version of this when I was still 15 years old I was really excited with the live version. When I finally get to see the live version, I’m very much happy that what your actually reading just came to life. I didn’t have a chance to see the Japanese version which is the original which is because I don’t watch Japanese dramas before (*I do now). I watch this drama because I know Jiro Wang (*from Hana Kimi Taiwan) & Ko Hyesun (*Boys Over Flowers). I really like Jiro Wang here, he really did great in portraying as a robot. I am now watching the Korean version of this and I have a hard time digesting the Korean version as of the moment (*haven’t finished) maybe because I already have a background having read the manga and having watched this. I didn’t like Ko Hyesun here, because it’s there’s too much aegyo going on but I like Jiro that’s why it keeps me going. They did great with only just 13 episodes. Pretty satisfied with this drama.
Hayate The Combat Butler (Taiwan) (2011) - I came to watch this because of Park Shin Hye basically. Of course I didn’t like the dubbed part, but I love the story of this and also the flow of the story. This is just a 13 episode drama which I like because mahuman rajud sya. I didn’t have previous knowledge, so I didn’t read the manga version and haven’t seen the anime version as well so I did think that it helped me be able to like the drama. Having no expectations with just the plot as a guide, it helped me love the drama. I like the chemistry between the main leads, and also the family part of the story which gina highlight kasagara sa Taiwanese drama is well portrayed.
