The cinematography was perfect, the cast were undoubtfully great. The chemistry between Wooshik and Dami were convincing, I root for them!
However the overall story is rather ordinary and somewhat dragging. 16 episodes are too long. It's a realistic drama, I get it. People like Ung and Yoon Sok are real, but not special. It's a drama that I definitely won't watch twice and won't reccomend either to other people.
Yoon Hyejin is the character that first you found somewhat irritating, self centered and nasty. She gets better and learned to be kind through each episodes. The character development that Shinmina brought into series is the female lead that is quite ideal: she has flaws but trying to overcome it, she is weak but brave to fought injustice, she fall in love and dare to confess it, she adapts to uncomfortable situation and complained it but eventually overcome it, she hurts people by her actions but managed to apologize to them with sincere.. she is perfectly imperfect like all of us. I never watched shinmina drama but I instantly fell in love with the way she portrayed hyejin perfectly. Cannot give score for this drama less than 9. Will happily rewatch it sometimes in the near future.
At first I didn't expect much when I accidentally click the drama on netflix. I just thought the synopsis moved me. Eventually, after I watched the 1st episode I couldn't stop. I finished it all in less than 24 hours :"). The storyline is simple, the problem is real and it happens to people who has relationship with disable. I respect Ayukawa's character and Tor Matsuzaka protrayed it beautifully. He act out of respect towards disabled people. The female lead character, Tsugumi Kanawa, is also a simply brilliant one. She seems fragile but she actually could stand up for herself and most importantly for the one she dearly loves. I love her! They both make a great couple in this series. The music just beautiful. My heart is ache for the story but I'm glad with the ending. This drama is a perfect tearjeker without being too mellodramatic. Will there be a possibility of season 2? Because I really really love this drama!
