It's a stretch to say he can lead the minor family, and while it'd make more sense for Vegas to do so, he'd be back for revenge and Korn wouldn't be able to control him like he can control Porsche because Porsche is only there for Kinn, and we all know that Kinn can never go against his dad. SO yes, it is a better strategy for Korn to make Porsche head of minor family rather than Vegas.
However I want Vegas to lead, because Porsche can barely fend for himself, so how tf is he expected to lead a whole family???

At first when Korn gave the minor family ring to Porsche, I was so fucking angry and still am because Porsche doesn't have the capacity of leading a whole mafia clan. His knowledge is limited, he's lacking a lot of traits. On the other hand Vegas was born for this job, he lived his whole life preparing for it, so he is the BETTER choice.
