Vegas has the distinction of being a heir -- I'm sorry but kinn stands no chance against him, they both have a vicious dynamic yet everyone sees Vegas as an imitation -- he is diminished even though he can easily have you in a stranglehold. This is a league by default that pushes Vegas to be something he is not, something inferior because in terms of power kinn is way behind. He's surrounded by all these things that invoke royalty and he's highly observant although people say a heir needs to be collected like kinn -- Vegas isn't reckless, he's masterminding anyone in his way with the innocent air around him and people fall for it. He is injecting his own undertones that easily make you see his ability to lure you into anything he wishes. Vegas has a lot more personal autonomy than kinn -- he can read people like no other and he wields that information to further his influence. He is everything a mafia heir should be, he is more than capable to sit at the top of every one of them.

I feel like Kinn still didn't forgive himself for what happened in episode 4, he didn't kiss Porsche during his recovery and I think he was waiting for a confirmation of what goes on between them because he chose to act on it when Porsche admitted he loved him
