There’s a lot of hate around this as well for various reasons. In my comment, I already suggested it might have to do with Viu's involvement as well. This is just my opinion, and comparing two shows is subjective—everyone is free to express their views. I don't encourage hate upon "My Love Mix-Up" in my comment either; I actually enjoy it, even if I find it quite boring. I also mentioned that BOC did a terrible job promoting it, which is likely part of the issue.

Sigh, I need to vent a little. I hope no one takes this the wrong way, but it's frustrating that "4 Minutes" got 200k posts while "My Love Mix-Up" has over a million in trends. Don't get me wrong, I love GeminiFourth, but that show just doesn't compare. It has constant product placement, the kiss was barely a peck, and there's hardly any plot progression. Plus, the cinematography is shockingly bad, especially considering they have over 20 sponsors. This isn't an attack on the actors—I love them—but I just don't understand the discrepancy. In episode 1, we see Great in the hospital, suggesting that everything unfolding might be him reliving his past up to that point. The visions he experiences help him correct past mistakes, save lives, and most importantly, show Tyme his true character, which is a significant shift from what Tyme saw in the original timeline. Perhaps in his first life, Great was similar to his family—flawed but still drawn to Tyme. Now, he's striving to be a better person for Tyme, distinguishing himself from the family Tyme seeks revenge against.
If Tyme had met Great under normal circumstances, he might have seen him as just another spoiled, mean rich kid. However, the changes Great makes after seeing the future allow Tyme to see his genuine personality much sooner. For instance, when Great gives him stitches, Tyme gets to see a shy and quiet side of him.
