The chemistry was good but the rest was average and the ending confused me...

The whole thing with Professor Cha using Seungtak's body to have "little dates" with Sejin it's extremely annoying and uncomfortable to watch!!!! Why do they feel so entitled to use Seungtak like this???

My point here is that some people started this drama with the wrong expectations and thought this drama was going to focus on the male leads' relationship when in reality it, based on the source material, the story focuses on the investigation of a case. I would love to see the male leads ending up together but even in the manga (according to those who have read it / are reading it) their "romantic" feelings are developing so slowly that until now, there hasn't been any confirmation that they are together (keep in mind the manga is still ongoing). Unfortunately, we don't know if the director and/or scriptwrite of this adaptation took the liberty to make the male leads end up together earlier in the story or not since there isn't any confirmation that there are going to be more seasons. We just have to wait and see.

The manga is not even on-your-face BL so it was obvious the drama wasn't going to focus on the "romantic" relationship between the leads.

I have been following KNK since they debuted and still remember the rumors about Seoham being one of the leads for Addicted's Korean remake. I'm a glad he is actually (and finally) acting in a BL! I enjoyed the first episode. I hope the whole drama is as good if not better.

I agree with you. The romance is completely unnecessary and it's dragging the story. Why can't the MLs and FLs just be friends??? Not every drama needs romance.

Maybe because the manga this is based on is not a BL (as far as I know).

The first thing that you mentioned is making me uncomfortable as well. I was hoping it wouldn't happen but it seems that the scriptwriter(s) wants to include romance into the story no matter what even if it doesn't feel right. I feel sorry for Seungtak because his body is been used for this type of things 🤦

The one thing that is starting to bother me is that now Youngmin is using Seungtak's body to have "romantic" moments with Sejin. The preview for tomorrow's episode basically confirmed that there are going to more of this kind of scenes and I am not looking forward to them 😒

I could be wrong, but I think Ichiro meant that their relationship is fake because he is pretending to spy on Shiro to deceive his boss. And as we have already seen, Shiro's bodyguards and "Big Brother" also don't know what's going on between him and Ichiro so they are just assuming they have some kind of "romantic relationship."

I'm seriously loving this drama. Today's episode was awesome.
