Title 180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us
I'm definitely in the minority. No matter how much I try, I feel nothing when I watch each episode. The cinematography and acting are amazing, the characters are complex, and I do agree that the dialogue is good. But despite all that, I don't really care about the characters and I honestly find In and Wang's relationship "unsettling" for several reasons: 1) In has known Wang since he was a baby, 2) In used to be in love with Wang's dad, and 3) Wang has been obsessed / "in love" with In even before meeting him. Maybe it's the nature of their relationship what has made it impossible for me to enjoy this drama because I usually really enjoy slow-paced, character-driven, and dialogue-heavy dramas. The same happened to me when I watched I Told Sunset About You. Production-wise, everything was so well crafted, but unfortunately, I couldn't really care about the characters and the story. It's a shame I'm not able to enjoy these dramas or call them "masterpieces" like most viewers. I feel like the odd one out. Now that there's only one episode left for this drama, I'm intrigued about how it's going to end despite not being fond of the story. I feel it's either going to have a bittersweet or ambiguous ending.
