I get it. I loved the comedic scenes, but the melodrama felt overdone and the grandmother's death was unnecessary.

The leads had such great chemistry that I barely noticed how weak the plot was. I couldn't care less about the company drama, just give me more scenes of the ML and FL going on cute dates, flirting, and enjoying each other's company. I'm so over the constant melodrama, the FL crying every episode, and the ML always having to swoop in and save her.

That's a good point. I remember how she talked about being his shield and protecting him, but in these last few episodes, it's mostly been him rushing in to save her. She did help clear his name when he was accused of drunk driving, and she literally slapped him back to life on the plane, but overall, he's the one who keeps running to her rescue whenever she needs help.

I wonder what they will do about her illness since I don't believe she will die in the end. Are they going to find a cure or maybe she's misdiagnosed and has actually pstd. Those hallucinations could be repressed traumatic memories. I remember FL's mother said something about an accident in which her son died and FL was involved.

I feel the same about the characters. At first I was glad that the drama was so fast-paced and they didn't spend too time on main character's backstory but then everything was happening way too fast. I mean the copy cat suddenly showed up and it was never explained how he'd found out about Ji Yong and why he was so obsessed with him. The characters are one-dimensional, they just don't feel like real people, more like marvel superheroes with their superhuman strength, not to mention the fact that even after all this fighting they didn't even end up with one single scar. it's just unrealistic

I feel bad for her actually. She has no friends and all she does is study.
