I was skeptical checking this out after reviews I read about this. This is the type of drama thats either a hit or a miss. Unexpectedly, I liked it more than I thought I would!
I was already hooked 10 minutes in the first episode and practically put on hold my other ongoing kdramas for this.

Story | A typical makjang kdrama. Cohabitation, switching lives, rags to riches, eccentric male lead, financially problematic female lead. But hey! All is forgiven when it comes to makjang. Honestly, this is probably among my favorite makjang too.

Acting/Casting | Watched for Ju Ji Hoon, stayed for Jung Hoon & Soo Ae. Mind you, im pretty sure this is the first kdrama ive watched where they featured in. Their acting, presence and visual really grew on me along the 20 episodes! Unexpected chemistry among the casts. Might I also just add Yoo In Young did a job well done portraying a lovefool and not so naive woman? Jung Hoon also lowkey gaslighted me on some occasions with those trusting gaze TT

Overall, a 9/10! For the year it was, this was up to par. I'll be missing them for a while❤️
