I think even if MJ hadn’t been sleepy, without video evidence ChuA would have won especially once SangA got involved. The Jin’s have the money to get lawyers. Another sad thing is SJ’s car was underinsured.
Finally why isn’t MJ’s future husband come to her defense. He was in the car when ChuA hit MJ in SJ’s car. I hope they stumble on the SD card with the dashcam video the actor took.

May I ask since you brought it up, regarding physical affection, in most KDramas (not in real life) when someone is upset there are very few times that someone will comfort someone. Especially if it’s a close friend or family, there are no (very few) hugs for comfort or pats on the shoulder or holding a hand. Maybe that’s a more western thing (I’m in the US) when some gets bad news and is upset it’s common to try to comfort someone. In most KDramas they get bad news and start to cry, everyone just watches. Occasionally offering a tissue.
MDL hasn’t done a good job on the cast & crew page… I didn’t even see a screenwriter….🤔I can’t wait…
