As someone who really enjoyed this drama 🎭,
I’d be interested in seeing what could have made it more universally enjoyable for those that were not as happy in Act 2. 🤔

That’s what the FL’s little sister said to her parents when they were telling her parents… about their engagement! 😳

She was in medical school at the start of the series.
(That usually starts after your 4 year college degree.)

I had said on another post, she definitely needed to have a fairly decent response ready to answer MH’s “why did you marry me” question.

(And she should know if this was a long term marriage or a revenge for her father’s mistreatment marriage!)

It did feel like many characters weren’t their usual selves today.

Even DC, he does bad things but is cowardly inside. Today he was like, “bring it on punk”, to G in the hospital. (DC sort of had a Clint Eastwood affect!)

And yes SR was very uneven. Plus she should have an automatic reply to MH’s “why did you marry me question” > because I love you should be her automatic reply - at least until she has a real answer!

MH used to not need an answer as long as she was with him… times they are a’changin’.

As you said, I’m very happy the G turned from there dark side of the force at least to EA so far!

G, the ML, is the adopted son of DC.
Even though your correct - nobody (and the character) ever think of DC’s son as anyone but MH.
MH & G are not thought of as equals.

As someone who has watched since the beginning, it has been very good.

I think we hit a bump in the road or a difference between what we the viewers want and the writer’s “vision”.

I’m sure it will (🙏🏻) course correct… hopefully sooner rather than later.

Also > Not getting political but this will definitely be a good distraction!

Yes that should be excellent! Though many people around EA are genuinely upset at how she’s being treated. And they don’t know the “plan”!

Still you may be in fact be correct, I am no authority but a great many kdramas falter in the final stretch.

I believe there are 15 episodes to fill now. And in all the weekenders & dailies I’ve seen we never get more than an episode of “happy” rainbows & unicorns!!
Though I’m happy to be wrong about that!!

His feels OTT (over the top), like Anikan, turning to the dark side and becoming Dark Vader.
(Okay maybe that’s excessive lol!)

And what is he doing to EA’s entire neighborhood? This seems excessive.
Over 99.9% of the residence has nothing to do with his father’s death. I doubt he would do this if he was still planning to marry EA. 😔

So I agree, maybe for the first 24 to 48 hours being “out of your mind” upset is a proper reaction, but it’s been or feels like a week or more with no sign of slowing.

And he’s escalating, first he changed his relationship with EA to business only, then he fires her for less than no legitimate reason. 🤔

(I’ve only seen clips from The Glory, but the protagonist in that show seems much more pleasant to people that did NOT commit the crime than G is being to EVERYONE! 🫣)

I think it is! I’ve watched many times. It’s a good story, well developed characters that show growth & change.
