Question about the ending…

So KBN was given 3 years to live as a human. She tells DaOn that she wants to make memories (with him/love?) to last her an eternity.

Then she moves away from DaOn for two years…seeing him occasionally?
After two years on a visit DaOn asks BN if he should move to her town to spend more time together…where she finds out she’s going back to Seoul.

Forgetting about showing the viewers romance, they don’t seem like they’ve spent much time together in their relationship.

Is my summation accurate or did I miss something?🤔🫣😊
