I really hate when a character is treated badly by the person they love. Poor Ki Joon, he needs to walk away if SaRa goes to her ex POS husband. Love is one thing being used and tormented and disrespected is another.
If she goes back it’s like the day she did not show up at the airport for Ki Joon. Like a giant middle finger to him.
It’s disrespectful. And as a male viewer super frustrating! How can she not have visitation or custody? Is that how Korean divorce law works?
Also I guess a happy couple in the Kdrama world is only allowed for the last 15 minutes of a series.

When will HS ever wake-up to her mother and be a strong adult?
I think TH better notice the strength of his potential spouse, because unless mommy says so - HS will have to wait until her brother passes the bar for a new candidate (lol).

I think that’s a great reminder: Though I love the Kdrama world (and to a lesser extent J/C/T dramas) these are not what I grew up with here in the US.
I am middle aged and have accepted that my 28 year old son will realize I am smarter than he thinks in 10 or 20 years! 😆

I like them (TH & HS) as a couple but man who wants to put up with a MIL like Seon ‘Suck’? Is HS going to let her mother dictate the rest of her life, married life? Is she going to tell her how many kids she can have.
And @bloomingtide , I know you may disagree but when does she put her husband (future) first? Maybe she won’t? Maybe mom’s wishes supersedes HS & TH wants/needs?
Yes they are a great & compatible couple, but I witnessed in my own family how an interfering mother-in-law and a ‘weak’ daughter can split up a marriage.

As far as the show I forget that as the viewer we know “everything”, like how TaeHo is one of the good guys. HS’s mom only knows what she think she knows.
