I get what you’re saying maybe we’re too empathic, but I don’t feel sorry for him at all. 🫣

I know I shouldn’t feel bad for SR because she was what she was - because of her “father” the chairman, who only had distain for her and GC who didn’t show love by caring. She only cared for SR by fixing what crime she committed. And SR never had consequences for her unacceptable behavior made her who she was. (She is almost like a completely different person now.)

I’m not sure how SR’s story will be completed, but I hope she’s a changed person. And feels remorse for the crime(s) she committed.

MiSo, I think was failed by her mother… who wasted time by talking to a wall, The Mins (chairman & GC), while her daughter was in a crisis and spiraling down out of control alone.

I really don’t want to Lucia become a murdered by then end of the show.
I don’t think that will happen, not if she is a person of faith and wants to see MiSo in the great beyond….

Yes that was uncool… she didn’t know SR would only get a bump on the elbow when the truck hit her.

You made me think:
it’s doesn’t make sense how much JI’s mother loved SU when she thought he was a product of an affair her husband had.
She would have probably still loved him but not hate her husband if she knew the truth about SU at least birth mother.

And then why did the mother (Mrs Choi) hate SU with so much anger after the father died.
Was she only nice to him because the father insisted?

MiRan didn’t really have a choice with SU because her father came up with that crazy idea.

But so of her decisions since the show started in the present day… those are so on her.

I stopped watching any Kdramas before 2016… too much dragging women around and very little respect most of the time.
Even by other women! 😡

I couldn’t believe JI went along so “willingly” with GC.

Yes he’s probably stronger than her, but she could have made more noise & more difficult for him.

DY should have pickup up BoRam and ran to JI.

GC would have to let JI go to fight him, then JI could have held on to BoRam.

And there had to be a red light she should have left the car if at all possible.

It reminded me of the old Kdramas where women just get dragged around by the wrist all the time. 😡

I’ll report back this evening. After ep 3, I started ep 4 but stopped after a few minutes. I didn’t have a second episode in me.

I agree it was entertaining and at times thought provoking.

I think she freed them so she could punish / destroy them without cameras or witnesses.
If they were in prison, her punishment and head stamping would definitely be noticed! And if she took them out of prison… that would be noticed (I hope)!
