I feel like the more this whole thing drags, more people are siding with him and believing his lies. Recently…
He bought online supports, and some were bots. More important is how his home country people see him, he is cooked in SK if you visit major Korean forums. More people turned against him after the presscon, very difficult to turnaround.
Actions speak louder than words. Let's say one day he is actually able to prove that he really didn't date her…
Tbh admitting underage relationship isn’t the end of the world. If he "whitewashed" the relationship with some nice words about KSR and her family, and apologized for lying due to QoT pressure, some people might accept. Unfortunately the way he handled the whole situation was a complete disaster. He didn't have the human empathy to understand and resolve public outrage. The 'human KSH' is not with him.
The fact that he chose 'star KSH' over 'human KSH' is a disgrace to entire 'actor' profession. Can't you be a star actor and a human being at the same time? Its so disgusted to see this coming out from a so called top actor.
Short term he'll do whatever it takes to minimize D+ penalties. Long term maybe quite difficult to continue acting career as the audience sees him differently and not easy to turnaround the damaged image. And i wonder if any investor is willing the risk of hiring him. If he were an idol can still do concert tours in overseas, but thats not the case for him. Since he has good industry connections, he may still be active in the entertainment industry but in other roles.
“If I can go back to the time of Queen of Tears airing, I will still make the same choices, as a star KSH”.This…
There are many less harmful ways to deny a relationship, but he chose one that left a woman alone to face endless harassment. A 'star' should have the qualities of being a role model. He is neither a human being nor a star.
