As someone here mentioned before about the side characters actually being side characters. It made me more aware of this when watching, and I definitely appreciate this. For once, side characters, even 2nd ml/fl, aren't taking up 50% of the show. There's no filler eps either. This drama solely focuses on the leads, which I so appreciate and enjoy. No annoying love triangles, no annoying 2nd fl/ml, no stupid fl's bff that ruins the lead's relationshp by causing uncessary misunderstandings. Everything seemed so realistic. Even my mom, when she saw the scene of Meng Xiao Shan telling GX to be careful and to basically use condoms to protect herself incase she gets pregnant since they just recently got back together....my mom said that's a true friend that thinks for the friend.
🤭 I thought it was just me! Every time his shirt is tucked in all I think about is damn this man would look…
Have you seen xk's new updated body. I am impressed he put the work for Beijing drama. I was apprehensive with him as HT, but at least he has the body since HT has the body. I'm a bit more relieved now. When I saw him in she and her husband drama with ym, he looked lanky haha. Like the typical Asian type that aisan girls prefer.
That's a really good analysis, especially that scene. I wholeheartedly believe that the 10 years apart really…
I feel like the time apart allowed them to focus on themselves and to find who they are, their interests, believes, career, grow into their own character and personality. If they stayed together, one might just like the stuff based on what their partner likes. Autonomy is important!
Latest ep during the car ride where GX's cowoker said LC is very romantic, but GX said "he's not romantic, he just wants to see me for a few more glances". That really pulled my heart. Those words revealed a lot about their relationship and LC's character. LC doesn't do things for the sake of being romantic or looking good in front of others, he just does it innately bc that's what he truly desired. It really showed how much and how deep his love for GX is. It truly sucks that they've just reconciled but they've been more apart than together-that is the life of a soldier where half his loyalty and duty lies with the country. The lead's love for each other never changed, it's still just as pure, what's changed is the growth of understanding from each other. LC has learned that GX can take care of herself and be independent while he's out working, and GX is emotionally secure enough that when she's with LC she can be the the gf-fiance-wife, that whines and acts cute to her man, that she can get pampered and doted by him. But once he's gone, and she's alone again, she can focue and delve herself in work. She grown in that she understands his field of work and how difficult it is to connect with her then. Not everyone can be a solder's wife, where half the year he's away and difficult to contact, there needs to be tremendous patience, love, and understanding. I know I don't think I can do what she does. So props to her.
Is there any balance in ml and fl relationship?.I watched upto ep 10 and kept it in hold. It was always ml making…
She makes her moves. You just have to pay attention, the stuff she says consoles lc’s worries like what her dad said to him. If you don’t mind spoilers I can just say the stuff I’ve noticed she’s taken initiative with
Idc I will proudly admit I’m a Perv. JBR’s waist is so slim, he looks so good with the shirt tucked in his pants and knowing he has the abs for it. 7’s next costar is also working hard for his bod too haha.
It’s real. There’s a post and article saying that BaoBei does exist in XinJiang. I think I would trust the locals posting this on wb than twitter that usually posted by foreigners
