So I found out why and whom lby murdered 3 days prior to his and css' wedding. He found out the truth of his identity…
I can see the contouring on his cheeks to make his face look more hollow. But, yes, he does have a very low fat % and he works out a ton.
Wulei is an amazing actor and I find him very self discipline, authentic, and down to earth. I saw a video that he's an independent artist, which I found it a bit hard to believe at first bc he looked like he has pretty good resources. Turns out his mom and sister manages his business affair, his sister being his manager. I find independent artists stick to their intrinsic morals and values, form the very beginning when they first joined the industry to now. We all know the entertainment industry can be shady and it changes a person.
Honeslty, sometimes I feel like Mudeok and UK does a poor job in hiding their secrets of master/disciple relationship and Naksu is Mudeok. When UK asked MuDeok's advice on which clan he should join, i feel like it creates questions as to why a master would as a maid such an important question and take her opinion. If it was a mystery thriller this wouldn't have passed the logic test
So I found out why and whom lby murdered 3 days prior to his and css' wedding. He found out the truth of his identity…
I feel like he looks so gaunt and "skinny" is bc of the lifelong revenge and torment he has. It's eating inside of him. I think the effort to make him look more believable to the character is good
Yes. I mean that was smart but he used Tansu and it's Naksu's technique. When he used it during the battle with crown prince it was basically an easy give away of who the mysterious killer of the soul shifter is.

Thanks for the info in the later parts. I'm curious as to what happened during those 5 years. He massacred a whole family and the king punished him to the borders. So I would assume he lost his general title and became a slave (maybe?). How did he get back, like did he secretly returned to the capital to see css or was he exonerated

Sorry, forgot to put the spoiler tag! Before I typed all that I was like "ok gotta rmb to tag spoiler" but then I totally forgot after I finish typing all that.
So I found out why and whom lby murdered 3 days prior to his and css' wedding. He found out the truth of his identity and killed off all the Ling family. His so called "father" was actually his aunt's husband. So the mom he said went crazy was actually his aunt. His aunt switched her own biological child with lby to save lby. His aunt's husband, aka his father, killed his parents. So when lby found out he went on a killing spree. Css tried to save lby and begged the queen to help. In the end lby was sentenced to go to the borders or something. so css and lby are apart for 5 years and she stays beside the queen for those years and it was later that she agreed to marry 3rd ml (that scholar that keeps teasing css). but just as they were going to get married lby comes back and basically steal css back and I guess it starts with him repenting and chasing css. But overall, should be a HE. Idk how much truth or how much this drama will stick to the novel since I got all these info on wb.
I need an opinion on whether to watch this drama or not . ADOS had raised the standard of chinese historical dramas…
I guess it depends on preference. I watched ADOS but dropped it bc I found the plot a bit boring and slow. I didn't connect with the characters. But LYF was really graceful and elegant in the drama, and I liked that it was a girls help girls type of drama.
I'm a passerby of Leo and Lusi, I've watched both their dramas before and I have a positive outlook on Leo bc his real life character and personality is awesome. Well spoken, high IQ, polite gentleman with 0 controversies. I enjoyed him in NIF and sorta noticed him then. Didn't really enjoy TLB, even though reba was in it. I didn't find them to have much of onscreen cp. But I'm enjoying LLTG, so far anyways. Leo's acting and horse riding skills are no joke so I don't need to delve further about that. Lusi's acting has improved and so far I'm enjoying fl. Her relationship with her mom makes it a tear jerker and even relatable in some sense. So I would say to definitely give it a chance
It’s normal and a very natural thing to say however illogical it may sound. It’s called being human.
It's different compared to today's surgeries where anesthetic is applied. One of my parent did a small surgery, and I asked her if it hurt a day after her surgery. She had pain killers and it's been some time after the surgery, while CSS asked right after she pulled the arrow out of him with no pain killers or anesthetics to help, so common sense is that it would ofc hurt. I'm not badgering particularly on CSS, but basically the logic of all cdramas that use that line RIGHT AFTER an injury. if CSS or any character asked this while visiting the patient then sure it would still make sense. No matter any explanations, I will think the timing of when to say it will make it less laughable. I do think it would better to ask him if he's ok instead of asking if it hurts. A change of word would've made it more realistic.
