That bitch WZQ has the audacity to join JX's bday gathering when she shamelessly got together with JX's ex. Ugh, I dislike seeing her, and she feels all righteous about it. JX is still naive and doesn't know the harm it'll cause on her image, and others will view her success by climbing in to HT's bed. While how HT introduced JX to the group of people was him investing in her business. Strictly business, and by him pouring tea and giving her napkin and having others scan her QR code showed how highly he valued and saw her and her potential/company etc.

Lool, sorry but I have diff opinion. I don't want her to collab with Luo yunxi. Not to skinny shame him but he's too thin and frail looking so he doesn't look good physically. 7 is baby face so she'll look big compared to him. I also can't really get his acting (though he does angst good), I find him doing romantic scenes very cringey and over the top. I'm aware they are good friends, and I'm glad they are and can support each other. However, if they do collab idk if I can watch.

You are very delulu right now. TSY is great, and she is not under ZLY's guidance. It's already known in the chinese entertainment world that ZLY agreed to be a special guest (not a support role) in the drama for the director. The director and ZLY worked together before and she's just paying a favour to him. This has nothing to do with TSY being under ZLY's guidance or under her wing. The links you referred are not credible sources. I go on Chinese social media often and not a single soul mention what you mentioned. So are you really a ZLY fan or are you an anti trying to cause fan war and chaos?

I'm glad you felt that way bc I've seen a few chinese comments that mentioned the same thing where they finally got XK's acting in this drama and it's bc 7's acting allows for him to improve and expand. XK also said in an interview that working with 7 was excellent.

Some people take advantage of nice people or think they are just too gullible. I think there should always be a firm bottom line of being nice but still have your own morals and standards and those shouldn't be too low.

I totally agree! That's why I think talking about management and business here or in terms of the cdrama world is kind of useless bc many are lay ppl here, and there will be conflict on views. JX is an idealist and a naive girl, it's what motivated her to begin a start up and what gives her the strength and motivation to carry on and jump through the hurddles. I guess she'll learn to be more practical the further along she is in the business world. I mean she really just studied and then work, so she probably doesn't have much experience in socializing and reading behaviour cues and understanding behind the meaning of words.

i know, but I also know that I'm not good at binging cdramas, I tend to drop the drama or skip eps and watch the ending or scenes I want, and I don't want to do this for abay. I actually want to watch the whole thing through, so the only way that would work for me is to watch it through is to catch up and wait daily for eps to air haha. I'm weird that way.

I think there's a few factors. in the business world (especially in their status and profession) and in the work force, it's best not to burn bridges entirely and make it obvious you don't like someone or cut ties entirely, and to always leave a door for onself in case a need comes in hand. Why make enemies and make trouble for yourself later on. Also, in the drama ZD's grandpa and HT's grandpa seems like friends, so that means ZD and HT are childhood friends or at the least university buddies with their family being friends. HT's grandpa seems to approve of ZD as a candidate for HT to be married. In the drama land sure lets burn bridges, but irl prob best to keep a facade of politeness.

It's actually a lot more common than cheating. I know so many ppl in my life breaking up after years together bc their goals and life style don't align anymore. It's never cheating.

I mean I get that, my office is similar to that where the manager and boss values the staff and when we have problems we go to them without any problem and they fix it without bias, and they don't put blame on others. But, I still feel like there's certain ways to handle and she can't always to be the good guy, especially when she's the boss. I'm only on ep 17 so far, so things might change

JX uses too much emotion when working and interacting with her employee, she needs to still set boundaries that she's the big boss. She's really lucky HT is willing to be her mentor and help her at almost every step.
