I'm really enjoying this drama. I love both FL and ML, and I love SML too, which is really rare for me because I mostly can't stand SMLs lol. Maybe that will change later, but for now, I really like him.
Oh God, I’ve missed xianxia so much! The first episode is so good and has exactly what I love about xianxia! I already love the FL, and her character is a breath of fresh air—she’s so shameless and flirty. I love the dynamic between the FL and ML, and their chemistry is fireee 🔥. The opening and closing OSTs are amazing, and from what I can see, there will be plenty of angst, which is something I absolutely love in xianxia! I’m obsessed!
I’m so excited! I’ve really missed xianxia, especially since we’ve barely had any this year, so I’m thrilled we’re getting this right at the start of the new year! I just hope it won’t end up being my first disappointment of the year, but the synopsis and trailer look promising, so fingers crossed!
Episodes 28-29 were so boring, and I fast-forwarded most of it. Suddenly, Song Han and Miao Ansu became the main characters, while our leads turned into supporting ones. Honestly, I had started losing interest even before this, but now I think I’ve lost interest completely, which is sad because I really loved the first half of this drama. They really should have focused on the main leads instead of other couples and creating more unnecessary villains.
It's probably an unpopular opinion, but I'm sad that this drama changed its tone after they got married. It feels like a different drama compared to the first episodes. I was glad they kept the comedy to a minimum, but in the recent episodes, they've added a lot of it, and I can't say I like it. I also don't like the storyline with Dou Ming, and it bothers me how much screentime it's taking. I really hope the drama gets back on track in the next episodes.
I'm so excited for the wedding today!!! Usually, we see a wedding either at the beginning or the end of a drama, but here it happens in the middle. I’m really excited to see how their relationship will grow and strengthen even more.
Dou Zhao is so strong. If Song Mo proposed to me, I would accept him in a heartbeat. The guy is so down for her and so romantic. I need someone like that 😍
