some lost momentum towards end, yet ok. I appreciate the strong female character.
And of course the ultra-professional acting at all levels.

Watch the contrast to the "Strong woman..."-track of series.

Huh? Why would you assume it was AI and not a math consultant? AI gets factual information wrong constantly.
If even the big and mighty productions do not dare consulting the experts, even if the movie is about some big shot math person, I do not think this team did it, although that would be of course nice.

Modern (payed) AI is nowadays surprisingly accurate for this kind of standard high school math, because it was trained with many correct information and
carefully polished. In some countries teachers at this level are even successfully replaced by special trained AI that can adapt and react to students personal reactions and interests. Teachers are then dealing with the fine tuning.

However they wrote and verified it, I think that the team deserves appreciation for making the effort to get the stuff right and not put just some junk as many expensive and highly rated, globally distributed productions did in similar situations. Good job!

I fully agree:
the writing is excellent still after 35 episodes and the acting keeps the standard very high, from the leads to the very small roles; the camerawork is meticulous and the whole team pays a lot of attention to the smallest details. We don't get such quality even for the highly rated expensive worldwide distributed productions (and that sometimes happen to be defective in almost these aspects).

Congratulations to the whole team!

The positive impact of AI is that the used math parts were absolutely correct and matching the level. This is in strong contrast to every single other series or movie where some math appears; even the movies about the big names in math were only non-sense, as soon as it got technical.

Congratulation to the writer(s) who is(are) __absolute__ professional(s) of this century.

1st mistake in 33 episodes is a classical one: the girls went sleeping with full make-up on them?! Why? Why?

Even if the writer is clueless, there is also director and other people how could have stopped the blame. Poor actors, they have to cope with such nonsense. No matter how much I like the actors, such poor writing kills all will to watch. I am dropping this drama now.

I think the writer is gone 'boing' after gaffing the end of ep 8. Who in the world records all own calls? Is there only one block of apartments and only one big hotel in Seoul? Did they switched the writing to free AI of last year?

Hitting hard the self-esteem of a depressive person may have a dangerous outcome; usually it does not help the healing. I am wondering what the writer intends with the last proposition of episode 8. We'll see soon.

I am not surprised by the scandal: the quality control was almost not existent (who spends attention nowadays to quality control?), writer and director were below average, the subject was delicate, so no wonder that embarrassing mistakes are remarked: hey, people really watch!

What worries me more is that very sound actors accept to play in such a programmed fiasco. It is not the first case when actors cannot save the embarrassing outcome of writer and director. When it is foreseeable, so why accepting it?

I am so sorry for the actors and I wish them to be able to select and play what they really want. I wish them all the best, they deserve all the best.

Ep 32 was again very nice. I am curious to see if the characters stay as they are or begin to evolve. We still have about 2/5 of the series, so there is enough time for more twists and, hopefully, evolution. I am still loving the actors.

Leaving aside the 3/5 rule (that is experimentally correct ;-) ) the break up is a fully logical consequence of the script: he is weak as his father is (this is why he is blaming him on every occasion - that is the standard psychological reaction), he ran away (to study abroad) when he was young and he takes the best occasion to run away from the difficult situation now. He prefers to run away and to abandon his love instead of fighting together with her. He is twisted because he does not want to separate her from mother and grandmother, he knows that she loves them. So he is running away because he cannot stand the twist, now as when he was young. What is less understandable is that she easily accepts it. Personally I would know a way out of this, yet fortunately I am not the writer! Hence, I am curious to see what's next.

I wasn't expecting (but should have been) Dr. Han's cynical reaction to SeRi's concern regarding her health. What…
However, we see this situation very frequently in the real life. This sounds authentically for me, some other things are indeed "too much".

This might be unrelated, but I'm so glad that the other drama I'm currently watching while waiting Recipe for…
I also loved "Our unwritten Seoul"!

i am so curious about the gramps situation too- like what did that lady do? it's crazy to think she might be actually…
I don't know about there, but mistakes happen often in other countries, too. Acting so accurately 'on the book' is rather the exception, in my experience. What the story regards, it does not matter: she had to get all hits just before the event. The exchange with the director Baek was also a bit artificial. Yet, it does not have to be realistic at that moment. It needs to create the feeling. And the acting did it all.

Episodes 29-30 are still good and interesting episodes so far with a great acting from the cast 😘😘😘https://youtu.be/PeonjAyyenM?si=2Gr4AjiS5rkk5Dc3Jin…
Children always look for approval from their parents in a way or other, more or less, even in other cultures; in this drama we see it as one of the several leitmotives. Indeed, unexpectedly ingenious writing, brilliant acting, plenty of careful details. And a #30 full of love!

I think that the actors of this series are above excellent, at least those that get enough acting time to show it. I say it independently of those that I personally like. They were also so carefully chosen.
