The characters I listed are in the story and I think everything was mentioned in the series. The only thing that wasn't explicitly mentioned was the fact that the ml starred in 18+ movies. Everything else is in the series.

Nah, Changyang is cunning in the sense that he suggested that Qingtian should bring his brother along to Molie. But he'd never arrange sasaeng on Qinglang to make sure his plans worked. Qingtian is just upset that his friend seemingly innocent suggestion wasn't so innocent and he didn't expect his brother to fall in love within such a short time.
